We were shocked and offended that he would assume that we would use illicit drugs, as we are adamently opposed to any type of illegal drugs. Oh and don't even try to go to their Corporate Offices, waste of time. They do nothing. At the end of the day, twist your issues around to say nothing wrong was done to suit them. But, it appears Danielle Padilla no longer works there? They tell you you are approved for conventional loans, then at the last min when you have sold your house shave movers booked and nowhere to go they tell you you can't get a conventional loan and have to take a "B" unconventional Loan at 11%. But they tell you you can refinance when you sell off a property that is rising your debt ratio. When you go to do this you are run around over 2 mons. giving you no information then out of the blue telling you that in the State of Texas you cannot refinance for six (6)mons ? Shouldn't they know this? Forget contacting the Manager Danny Caro at this Branch when complaining about his employee /agent Danielle Padilla for not following up and returning calls, emails, he does nothing. They just try to make you go away and brush everything under the carpet. Beware!
