We wanted a solar array/system designed to provide all of our electrical needs for a rural (very rural) house where we spent, at that time, no more than half of the year. UPDATE: We began our partnership with All Energy Solar in 2015, when we installed our first 16 solar panels. With that initial installation, we were generating all the energy we needed as part-time residents. Because of their comprehensive service and because they always were prompt and when we needed help, we returned, in 2020, to All Energy Solar to expand our solar array -- we added 24 more panels, as well as two Tesla power wall units. We were keen on the power wall approach since it would allow us to continuously replenish our reserve power; unlike a gas generator, which needs constant refueling in order to function, the power wall takes over seamlessly during a power outage and can continue to store and provide energy indefinitely. Because of the pandemic and supply chain issues, installation of the panels, and later the power walls, was delayed. High praise to the project manager, Carlo Maloni, diligently kept us abreast of the project's current status. Carlo and his team were always friendly, professional and knowledgeable and, during installation, reassuringly vigilant about pandemic protocols. The entire All Energy Solar installation team were terrific people to have on the project! We now generate sufficient power to meet all our household needs as well as the energy needs of two electric vehicles. We also enjoy the security that the power wall batteries provide. We could not be more pleased with the work done by All Energy Solar; the team has been there for us since 2015, and we're confident they'll be there for us in the future. Because of All Energy Solar, we could affordably take our own small steps to address climate change while enjoying state of the art comfort through sustainable power generated on site. After paying my deposit, the project manager told me that they had filed a plan that wouldn't pass inspection. They started the process over again. Bottom line: it took 349 days for my panels to be installed and 371 days to get the battery working, Because the project was not done in 2025, we didn't qualify for the federal eax credit and our project cost us $10,521 more than they said it would. The AES project manager made a mistake and we paid the price.

Very easy to do business with. I spoke to Andrew , the mini-split manager, who organized every detail for us. Our installer was Max. Max did a fantastic job. Max is detailed oriented and meticulous in his manner of installation. Other companies wanted to install the compressor the easy way and set the compressor in a cart on the ground. I didn't want that. Max fastened my compressor to the house foundation on a stainless steel bracket off the ground. I had Mike from SOS electric in my home this morning to do some work for us. I overslept and he…read morewoke me up at 8:00 letting me know the electricity was going to be off. He even waited until I made a cup of coffee before he started ! Bless his heart. Mike was very courteous, professional, He truly knows what he's doing. He had found two breakers in our breaker box in the home that had at one point sparked and caused heat damage to the inside of our breaker box. He replaced those two large breakers, then he also made sure every fire alarm in the house was replaced with a new 10-year battery alarm!! I don't like headaches and that saved me a big five of them!! lol I thought the company has got a great technician with this guy. Then I found out he was the owner! Most owners of companies don't act like they are service technicians! I had no idea and was very impressed with the way he conducted himself, and in doing his business. We went from having a 350-550 dollar electric bill to the panels covering 99-100% of our usage. It's pretty amazing. The company as a whole was great to work with.
