The price is reasonable at $90 per month which includes one 50 minute massage with a tier 1 therapist. Tier 2 and above are an additional cost. I tried a few different tier 1 therapists and unfortunately didn't have a very relaxing or positive experience with any of them. I also found appointments consistently started late but ended exactly on time, meaning massage time was cut by 5-10 minutes. This was frustrating and needs to be addressed.

I expressed that I didn't feel comfortable or safe going inside. I understand that a 24 hour notice is needed for cancellation though if they are not going to specify that the service is at a random apt complex and unit then they need to make an exception for those that don't feel safe.
