I don't recommend this place simply because it didn't feel as inviting and welcoming as any other place in America. It's not open to the public (as in you are not allowed to go in unless you pay). The owners guard the entrance/near the front door inside and you can't really walk in and go around to check out the games first unless you pay. It was just about a few feet is what we were able to look at inside and only up to the parking lot is all we were able to see. As you walk in, you'll be standing at the front while they stare at you. The owner just stared and made a comment "It looks like you've never been here" No S lady. It was our first time, recommended by the McDonald's Museum across the street. She stated what their rates were. The owner did offer to have her husband escort us to walk around if we wanted to look at the place. Although we may have looked young, we're not little kids. We didn't feel like being chaperoned by an adult. We're 4 decades old. If the whole place runs by itself without the need of physical money, how would they even know who's playing the 30min package or the 1hr? If they use a prepaid players digital card, then a chaperone wouldn't be needed if we can't play the games anyway. We don't know anyone there or wouldn't need to cheat to play for free from others. Needless to say, we didn't see much. Just up to the door while they guarded it. Too bad, we would've enjoyed the place, but instead we were greeted with a cold welcome. Judging by this place, I see the owners like to respond to every comment/review. To the owner, if you're reading this, please don't bother replying. We won't be reading it. We already got the point. To those reading this in response to the owner, please believe me when I say this is an honest review, and real customer service experience. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, which immediately made the place feel welcoming instead of intimidating. I have been coming here since October. Me and a pal went here yesterday, and we had a great time. It is unfortunately in a very sketchy location but the inside is extremely safe and guarded by the owners. It is very cheap and you only have to pay 20 dollars for an all day pass. They have tons of games and they're free to play, and they have a lot of console games too. They have a party room with a snack and drink machine and they also have a jukebox for free. The owners were very nice too, and you can win a free hour by stopping a button at the right time. I will be back. read more

Revival Arcade is a awesome little gem in San Bernardino. The owners/employees are super welcoming and so friendly. There is literally a game for everyone here. From old school pinball machines to new consoles games. Prices are very reasonable. 10 bucks for an hour and 20 for the day. You can't beat that! Most of the games worked a few didn't but no big deal because you don't use cards or coins. All games are free play once you pay your entrance fee. My kids just wished they had some claw games to win stuff but other than that it's awesome! Super fun for the whole fam. My family and I loved it. I love this place! My partner and I have been going for a while for our date nights but I finally thought to leave a review listing all the reasons why I love it here. -There is a large variety of games both old and new such as classic arcade games like street fighter and newer consoles like xbox/switch games. My personal favorite is the Dance Dance Revolution game but there are so many to pick from including a room where you can play board games! -It is very affordable and basically perfect for a date night or night out with friends. You really lose track of time while playing all the games. It is ten dollars for an hour and 20 dollars for an all day pass. There are also snacks and drinks in a vending machine which are also pretty cheap 1-1.50 dollars! -The owners are very sweet and recognized us even after we had only gone a few times. -It is super clean and nicely decorated! It definitely reminds me of my own childhood arcades. The bathroom is also always very clean which is a major plus for me. Overall, it is a great place to go to with friends or with your partner! What a throwback to the 80's! Man does an hour fly by here! $10 per hour goes by fast. Might as well get the all day pass for $20. About 50 games to choose from and most of the classics are here. Dozen or so Pinball games. Air hockey, basketball, and ski ball too. The place was clean and well organized. My young kids appreciated the old school games and the challenge of the timeless classics. This place has no respect for privacy, opens the door of a public bathroom on customers, makes false accusations and assumptions without proof and escorts you out like a criminal based on appearance!!! I had an amazing time. I was recommended this location by my family and I just never had the chance to go since they aren't open all week! I went to use the restroom, and not even 2 minutes after I went in, staff unlocked and opened the restroom door while I was still inside. No warning, no knock, nothing. I personally just won against my wife twice in dance dance revolution! Feeling real proud! Revival Arcade is a hidden treasure that I nearly missed. I happened to be across the street visiting the original McDonald's museum when I saw their sign. So glad I decided to check it out! This is a very well-maintained arcade to suit every retro and modern arcade lover's soul. There's a nice variety of vintage and newer arcade games from pinball, air hockey, skee ball (my fave!), Donkey Kong, Time Crisis 4, Mortal Kombat, Marvel vs Capcom, Metal Slug, Dance Dance Revolution, Guitar Hero, etc. They also have over 3000 console games on NES, SNES, N64, Sega Genesis, Atari, Nintendo Switch, XBox, and PS1-PS5. Revival Arcade has a novel payment system. Guests pay by the hour and all games are set up as "free play" mode, so if you're a derp like me who loves games but stinks at them and dies a lot, you can keep playing without added expense. As of January 2024, the rate is $10/hour or $20 for the full day. The arcade is very family friendly. I saw lots of happy kids with their parents and cute couples on dates. They blast awesome music, which might be a bit loud for some folks. My husband and I visited the arcade during a warm Sunday afternoon in January and found it refreshingly cool inside. I wish I had photos to add, but we were too busy having fun with old familiar favorites and discovering "new" games (like VR Vortek and we got surprisingly competitive over Trophy Hunting Bear & Moose). So many vintage arcade booths and games here! Great way to spend an afternoon or evening with your family, friends, or your gamer SO. Before you enter, you pay for the time that you will be staying and afterwards, all the games are free play! It's $10/hour. Definitely be mindful of others waiting in line to play the same games, but when we went on a Saturday evening (before dinner), there wasn't many people there and the lady working the counter was super friendly and allowed us to look around to see what was available (please do not just walk in and look!). They have racing games, fighting games, shooter games, pinball machines, Air Hockey, and classics such as pong, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Space Invaders, Asteroids, and much, much more, really living up to the whole Revival Arcade moniker. I believe that there's also skee ball and some basketball shooting hoops games, but unsure if they give out tickets or not. I know that the front counter has candies, little toy trinkets, and other neat knick knacks and other video game merch, but I don't know if they're exchangeable or if they're for purchase (or both!). There are vending machines with sodas, chips, and snacks and your entry also includes access to their music jukebox as well. Just know that it DOES get pretty hot in here. We were given ample time to set up and tear down, and were even given a fridge to store the cake for the party! Our team really enjoyed playing through the Arcade, with one of our team members saying it was one of the last real arcades out there, another one overjoyed that he saw a game he hadn't played in over 20 years.
