Bullwinkle's in Upland is a fun throwback spot with arcade games, mini golf, bumper cars, and tons of family-friendly chaos. The western mini golf theme is neat and those tombstones, hilarious!! There's also a story book theme we will try it next time, or the other one. (Outdoor) We haven't played in the outdoor mini golf since about 2016 prior to the closure/remodel. The old Bullwinkles came back with a vengeance! Nicely updated! As per usual, our little one had a blast bouncing from game to game, and the neon bumper cars were fun, brought back the old carnival kid memories and the laser tag was definitely a highlight. It can get busy and the games add up, but it's a great place for kids to burn energy and adults to feel a little nostalgic. Solid spot for a family fun night. Not the cheapest place but a good short trip mini theme park that's local enough to be 15 min away from home is definitely worth a trip to have some fun every now and again! Bullwinkle's is great. This is the perfect spot for family fun or a gathering with friends. There's mini golf, arcade games, axe throwing, you name it. There's so many activities here that can be explored. I actually met my husband here, in our first date. I may be biased because of that lol I am a fan of Bullwinkle's! I was in town and wanted to play arcade games and realized this place had many more. when you walk in you pay for everything and its loaded on to a card. i started at the go carts it was a line but it went by quick. after i went play the arcade games. they were limited and some didnt work hut they had basketball, air hockey, and racing. sat at the bar to just chill and have a break which is nice. this place offeres so much, go karts, axe throwing, virtual ride arcade and more. definitely recommend for a fun night out. read more

Bullwinkles in the city of Upland has upped their game (literally). It has something for everyone; Rock climbing, laser tag, bumper cars, bumper boats, indoor and outdoor miniature golf, go-kart race track, bowling, arcade, food/drinks... You can easily spend an entire day here exploring and experiencing all the different attractions they have. I brought my entire family for an indoor game of miniature golf, we chose the Western theme 18-hole course. I was impressed with the construction of this particular course. The aesthetics of it all, they spared no expense. The only negative: it gets crowded and waiting to start the next hole takes longer than expected. With that said, finishing a game could take a couple of hours. There are benches at every hole and slim tables to set your drinks on. Nonetheless, it was a great time. I would suggest paying a full day of play here, it makes better sense than paying for one attraction especially if you're going as a family, cost is per person. Parking was easy to find on a Sunday night. We went in and bought tickets to mini golf, arcade game credit, axe throwing, and go karts. Axe throwing was fun - although a little scary since it is a real axe. Go karts was great too! There were a few kids that got stuck and the carts were forced to stop while they were helped out. We didn't end up having time for mini golf but they mentioned the credits don't expire, so we will have to come back another time. The arcade games are so expensive. A dollar to 1 credit ratio and the games range from 6+credits required to play for 1 player. For arcade fans, stick to Dave & Buster's. read more

Massive space for what they had. Two indoor courses and two outdoor courses. The storyland course was a bit outdated. The Western course which seemed new was the best detail yet. Definitely felt you were playing in the wild wild West. Each hole was a different theme. My son and I did both indoor courses and the blue course outside. This is the perfect place for quick family fun. Since they added upgrades, I heard good things about it and decided to take my son. The ambiance is cool, there's a bar, food hall and a nice arcade. The line for the go carts was super long and I didn't have the patience to wait. The good thing is you can reuse your card when you return. We celebrated my sons birthday party here and had a blast. The only issue I had trying to book the party was getting in touch with someone over the phone. So I just did an old school Walk-In. Had my daughter birthday here. Ordered 5 pizzas and one of them wasn't cooked all the way, so I asked to have it cooked longer. The waitress came back and said " they said they heated it up but it doesn't feel hot" so I tried it again and the dough was still raw. Spoke with a manager and they remade it. In the meantime I tried another pizza and it was always still raw ( dough ) they brought a new one for the first pizza and I just packed it up. First time out here and hearing all the hype nice to see how it is after they reopened, bringing my family to have nice outing, seems ok prices are a bit high but all for the family. The food I can say was ok the pizza looks good but the sauce needs taste, wings are dry with no flavor, the burger was very impressive it was nice and cheesy. The downside certain employees with bad customer service especially in the family dining room all you see is a group of employees talking and not working they don't clean up right away or assist in utensils. read more

UPDATE: After posting my review, I received an unexpected phone call from someone named Katie in higher management, which was extremely appreciated. She did acknowledge that they dropped the ball and would use this situation to implement more safety measures moving forward. Unfortunately we will have to pay to get our own vehicle fixed but I'm hoping that this won't happen with anyone else & in good faith, hopefully nobody else has to deal with this since Bullwinkles will be updating their safety measures & policies. * * * Before you consider spending money here, these people will not take responsibility for injuries/property damage. On Saturday, March 22, my partner and I drove out to Upland from Pasadena to hangout with some friends at this establishment. We got to the location around 9:30pm. Keep in mind, between the eight of us, we spent about $4-500 JUST IN GAME CARDS alone. The establishment closed at 11, so we left around 10:50 ish. Got to our car to a huge scratch and a damaged fender on the passenger right side of our vehicle. (photos attached) Please keep in mind that our vehicle was parked in the front of Bullwinkle's in direct view of multiple cameras - this is important to note. After going back into the establishment, to speak with the manager on duty (Mohammed A.), the security guard's (E. Esquivel) initial response to me was "Fuuuuck" when I informed him that someone hit our vehicle in the parking lot. I was then informed by both the manager and security guard that MULTIPLE witnesses came inside and informed them that an individual in a black Dodge Ram hit our car and left the scene, to which nobody on Bullwinkle's team informed us. We contacted UPD, they came out and this is where the lack of accountability sets in. Stacy Rachford, the general manager, finally reaches back out on Monday, March 24 to inform us that she will provide any video footage from the parking lot and cooperate fully with the police. Today, Saturday, March 29, Stacy follows up to inform us that "Unfortunately, the cameras do not capture the area where their vehicle was parked. I do not have footage of the incident." Again, our vehicle was parked in the front of the establishment in direct view of multiple cameras that Bullwinkle's employees (a manager, security guard and two supervisors that were on duty Sunday - one named Alondra), pointed out to us. The concern here is not the vehicle. A car can be fixed/replaced. The concern is that this is an establishment with a lot of foot traffic. Bullwinkle's was informed by MULTIPLE witnesses, to the point that both staff members were able to give me an ID of the vehicle, that someone hit our car. Not once did they come on the intercom to say "someone in a white dodge charger please come to the front" - NOTHING! The lack of accountability, the lack of transparency and the safety concern that this raises for me are huge red flags. So, if you read this in its entirety, with an establishment like this, God forbid you get hurt or your car is damaged, or insert whatever potential hazard, this establishment will not accept responsibility for the negligence on their part. First, the curb appeal was nice! When walking in for the first time, it was super confusing to figure out which line to head to. Turns out, you order the food and the attraction tickets in one line. We came on a Sunday night and the wait to get attraction tickets was about 30 mins. First attraction we was the go kart. Got in line at 645 pm and waited in line for 1.5 hours. Once on it was super fun. There was a lot of security around. After the go kart, we went to the arcade which was smaller than expected. Saved our cards to do the other attractions another day. They do have quite a variety. Bowling, axe throwing are not included in the package. Overall was a good experience. Recommendations for improvement - separate the attraction ticket line from the food/drinks for less confusion and smoother, fast flowing lines. Security should also monitor the attraction lines. About 7 other people hopped in line with a couple a few heads in front of us. If you come, plan to spend a decent amount of money. Kinda pricey but the adventure is worth it. read more

We had a birthday party, it was okay from a party package perspective. The kids do like the activities, laser tag is fun, miniature golf has long wait, it was on the weekend, so most skip it. i remember when we had same type of kids birthday parties in other places, the "host" was more involved. And the activities are more group friendly. Here I feel we pay extra + tips for a room with tables & covers, free plates and cups, and the "host" just brings out the food and paper plates, no other involvement at all. Though they are friendly. The kids then got the game card at the end of eating (that's all we do in the room, pizza and cake) and off they go to do their own activities. Parents have to act as the host to entertain the kids during those 2hours in the room. It will be better if the party program adds some group activities and bring some excitements from the party host's involvement. read more
