My wife, son and I recently visited Bullwinkle's in Upland for the first time and our experience wasn't that great. We had taken our son to go use the batting cages and when we got to the counter there wasn't anyone to assist us with getting a bat or hat. We waited a good 10 minutes and when we noticed the person who was supposed to help us was out there batting while he was working. I had to go to the front counter to go complain because it wasn't fair for us to be waiting so long. Another thing that we didn't like was if you have Schools first debit card for some reason they couldn't take it. The good thing was we had cash with us, but if we didn't we were going to be screwed. Bullwinkle's in Upland is a fun throwback spot with arcade games, mini golf, bumper cars, and tons of family-friendly chaos. The western mini golf theme is neat and those tombstones, hilarious!! There's also a story book theme we will try it next time, or the other one. (Outdoor) We haven't played in the outdoor mini golf since about 2016 prior to the closure/remodel. The old Bullwinkles came back with a vengeance! Nicely updated! As per usual, our little one had a blast bouncing from game to game, and the neon bumper cars were fun, brought back the old carnival kid memories and the laser tag was definitely a highlight. It can get busy and the games add up, but it's a great place for kids to burn energy and adults to feel a little nostalgic. Solid spot for a family fun night. Not the cheapest place but a good short trip mini theme park that's local enough to be 15 min away from home is definitely worth a trip to have some fun every now and again! Bullwinkle's is great. This is the perfect spot for family fun or a gathering with friends. There's mini golf, arcade games, axe throwing, you name it. There's so many activities here that can be explored. I actually met my husband here, in our first date. I may be biased because of that lol I am a fan of Bullwinkle's! The food isn't half bad either. I recently came back with some friends. We played mini golf and it was really fun. We hit the western indoor golf course. It was fun! Just a little warm. This space is running wildly. The security team is too young, jobs like that should be given to older and more committed staff. Andrew was helpful, but found my humor more important along with telling me his life story about being from Victorville. I was making a report, because when you are alone with a flat tire around children they try to punk you. Working on manners is important when you decide to be a latch key parent. Definitely rate the safety of this place very low, and I would be more mindful about hiring more diverse staff. read more

Bullwinkles in the city of Upland has upped their game (literally). It has something for everyone; Rock climbing, laser tag, bumper cars, bumper boats, indoor and outdoor miniature golf, go-kart race track, bowling, arcade, food/drinks... You can easily spend an entire day here exploring and experiencing all the different attractions they have. I brought my entire family for an indoor game of miniature golf, we chose the Western theme 18-hole course. I was impressed with the construction of this particular course. The aesthetics of it all, they spared no expense. The only negative: it gets crowded and waiting to start the next hole takes longer than expected. With that said, finishing a game could take a couple of hours. There are benches at every hole and slim tables to set your drinks on. Nonetheless, it was a great time. I would suggest paying a full day of play here, it makes better sense than paying for one attraction especially if you're going as a family, cost is per person. This is the perfect place for quick family fun. Since they added upgrades, I heard good things about it and decided to take my son. The ambiance is cool, there's a bar, food hall and a nice arcade. Outside is they go carts and mini golf. I paid $35 for 3 different activities. We started with golf and it took about an hour to finish it. The line for the go carts was super long and I didn't have the patience to wait. The good thing is you can reuse your card when you return. This remodel is WAY better than expected!! My husband and I were blown away. The expansion has brought in everything - bowling, arcade, 3 mini golf courses, axe throwing, bumper cars, go karts, laser tag.... EVERYTHING! Great for a birthday party or date night. Parking was easy to find on a Sunday night. We went in and bought tickets to mini golf, arcade game credit, axe throwing, and go karts. Axe throwing was fun - although a little scary since it is a real axe. Go karts was great too! There were a few kids that got stuck and the carts were forced to stop while they were helped out. We didn't end up having time for mini golf but they mentioned the credits don't expire, so we will have to come back another time. The arcade games are so expensive. I must say that my trip to Bullwinkle's Upland left me quite disappointed. The park has numerous attractions, but my experience at the establishment was far from perfect. It felt too crowded, thus causing me to wait a while before engaging in some activities. Moreover, some arcade games could not function correctly, forcing me to spend my game credits without playing at all. Furthermore, the quality of food served was quite disappointing. It was relatively expensive and the wait times were long. It is true that one has plenty to do at this venue, but it comes at a high price. To conclude, my experience at Bullwinkle's Upland was quite unsatisfactory. I expected the surroundings to be more neat and well-maintained. So this was the first time I've ever been here. We wanted to play miniature golf so we paid for the one Called Story Book tales. It's 15$ a person and 18 holes. It was so ridiculous . First of all it's old and under construction so why didn't anyone bother to tell us that?! And things were broken, missing parts, unfinished parts of the course. WTF I'm very disappointed they should of told us this we would of done the other courses. The staff sucks and they should close this part of Bullwinkle's it's unfinished, it has storage for things so it's like a junk closet for there CRAP they don't know what to do with?;! This place has been completely redone over the last few years. It is definitely the best of these family entertainment centers in Southern California. The place was super clean. The staff was great. Had my daughter birthday here. Ordered 5 pizzas and one of them wasn't cooked all the way, so I asked to have it cooked longer. The waitress came back and said " they said they heated it up but it doesn't feel hot" so I tried it again and the dough was still raw. Spoke with a manager and they remade it. In the meantime I tried another pizza and it was always still raw ( dough ) they brought a new one for the first pizza and I just packed it up. So I like this place so much. It's a good entertainment venue in Upland and I took my pappaw here when he visited from the east coast in March and he enjoyed it. I'd say it's pretty clean and the staff treated me really nice! The Go karts and dark ride and even the bumper boats and bumper cars are all really fun too. We visited today on Sunday April 19th at 8pm and we were so amazed by the phenomenal service. We called before arriving and Evelyn gave awesome over the phone service! When arriving everyone was so exceptionally kind and very caring. Totally amazed by Amy the cashier and the manager Mohammed, they truly set the bar high in customer care! UPDATE: After posting my review, I received an unexpected phone call from someone named Katie in higher management, which was extremely appreciated. She did acknowledge that they dropped the ball and would use this situation to implement more safety measures moving forward. Unfortunately we will have to pay to get our own vehicle fixed but I'm hoping that this won't happen with anyone else & in good faith, hopefully nobody else has to deal with this since Bullwinkles will be updating their safety measures & policies. * * * Before you consider spending money here, these people will not take responsibility for injuries/property damage. On Saturday, March 22, my partner and I drove out to Upland from Pasadena to hangout with some friends at this establishment. We got to the location around 9:30pm. Keep in mind, between the eight of us, we spent about $4-500 JUST IN GAME CARDS alone. The establishment closed at 11, so we left around 10:50 ish. Got to our car to a huge scratch and a damaged fender on the passenger right side of our vehicle. (photos attached) Please keep in mind that our vehicle was parked in the front of Bullwinkle's in direct view of multiple cameras - this is important to note. After going back into the establishment, to speak with the manager on duty (Mohammed A.), the security guard's (E. Esquivel) initial response to me was "Fuuuuck" when I informed him that someone hit our vehicle in the parking lot. I was then informed by both the manager and security guard that MULTIPLE witnesses came inside and informed them that an individual in a black Dodge Ram hit our car and left the scene, to which nobody on Bullwinkle's team informed us. We contacted UPD, they came out and this is where the lack of accountability sets in. Stacy Rachford, the general manager, finally reaches back out on Monday, March 24 to inform us that she will provide any video footage from the parking lot and cooperate fully with the police. Today, Saturday, March 29, Stacy follows up to inform us that "Unfortunately, the cameras do not capture the area where their vehicle was parked. I do not have footage of the incident." Again, our vehicle was parked in the front of the establishment in direct view of multiple cameras that Bullwinkle's employees (a manager, security guard and two supervisors that were on duty Sunday - one named Alondra), pointed out to us. The concern here is not the vehicle. A car can be fixed/replaced. The concern is that this is an establishment with a lot of foot traffic. Bullwinkle's was informed by MULTIPLE witnesses, to the point that both staff members were able to give me an ID of the vehicle, that someone hit our car. Not once did they come on the intercom to say "someone in a white dodge charger please come to the front" - NOTHING! The lack of accountability, the lack of transparency and the safety concern that this raises for me are huge red flags. So, if you read this in its entirety, with an establishment like this, God forbid you get hurt or your car is damaged, or insert whatever potential hazard, this establishment will not accept responsibility for the negligence on their part. First time out here and hearing all the hype nice to see how it is after they reopened, bringing my family to have nice outing, seems ok prices are a bit high but all for the family. The food I can say was ok the pizza looks good but the sauce needs taste, wings are dry with no flavor, the burger was very impressive it was nice and cheesy.
