I celebrated my 60+ birthday here today with my family and it was sooooo much fun!! I told my daughter I wanted to do something cool for my birthday and Axe Throwing seemed pretty 80$ for 6 peeps to throw for an hour!! We played all the different games within that hour and it was great! We also played one of the indoor mini golf's rounds and it it brought back alot of memories. They still have projects going on that look like fun and I will be back to see it all and do it all, maybe not Laser Tag, for me but Go Karts for sure!! And always more mini golf!!! My wife, son and I recently visited Bullwinkle's in Upland for the first time and our experience wasn't that great. We had taken our son to go use the batting cages and when we got to the counter there wasn't anyone to assist us with getting a bat or hat. We waited a good 10 minutes and when we noticed the person who was supposed to help us was out there batting while he was working. I had to go to the front counter to go complain because it wasn't fair for us to be waiting so long. Another thing that we didn't like was if you have Schools first debit card for some reason they couldn't take it. The good thing was we had cash with us, but if we didn't we were going to be screwed. Came here for my son's birthday, we brought 4 kids in total. Walking in the place is huge, the line was not too bad and the cashier was very helpful, we bought the pick 3 package and the kids loved everything! They played: mini golf, which was great because it's indoors and that day was super hot outside but it was nice and fresh indoors. They have two different areas one is more for younger kids and the other one is for older kiddos and adults but I guess you can still play both if you wanted to. Next they played Lazer tag , then go carts, finally we ended up at the batting cages. The batting cages were throwing the ball too high in a couple of stalls but we were able to get an extra play for one that was working properly. And if you bring your water bottles you can refill them. I appreciated that since it was so hot outside. They also offer appetizers and pizzas and have a big area for your party. After the batting cages they played for about an hour at the arcade and had a blast. They also have bowling and floating boats an an option for activities, we will try those next time. read more

Bullwinkle's in Upland is a fun throwback spot with arcade games, mini golf, bumper cars, and tons of family-friendly chaos. The western mini golf theme is neat and those tombstones, hilarious!! There's also a story book theme we will try it next time, or the other one. (Outdoor) We haven't played in the outdoor mini golf since about 2016 prior to the closure/remodel. The old Bullwinkles came back with a vengeance! Nicely updated! As per usual, our little one had a blast bouncing from game to game, and the neon bumper cars were fun, brought back the old carnival kid memories and the laser tag was definitely a highlight. It can get busy and the games add up, but it's a great place for kids to burn energy and adults to feel a little nostalgic. Solid spot for a family fun night. Not the cheapest place but a good short trip mini theme park that's local enough to be 15 min away from home is definitely worth a trip to have some fun every now and again! Bullwinkle's is great. This is the perfect spot for family fun or a gathering with friends. There's mini golf, arcade games, axe throwing, you name it. There's so many activities here that can be explored. I actually met my husband here, in our first date. I may be biased because of that lol I am a fan of Bullwinkle's! The food isn't half bad either. I recently came back with some friends. We played mini golf and it was really fun. We hit the western indoor golf course. It was fun! Just a little warm. This is a fun place for kids of all ages. Reminds me of my childhood family fun center but expanded. It isn't cheap but has lots to do. They have package deals to participate in a variety of activities for one price. There is bowling, mini golf, lazer tag, axe throwing, arcade, etc. My kids love the go carts. Took my 19 and 8 year old to the batting cages. Seanna O. and the young man were awesome. My daughters bat was too heavy and they made sure she didn't miss her pitches while getting her a lighter bat. I recommend (1) $7 set for small kids who don't usually play baseball. I bought (4) $7 sets to have 2 for each kid. My 19 yr old used 3 and 8 yr old used 1-all for under $30-great price if you ask me. read more

Jacob and Santiago you guys rock! Came here for a birthday party and the service he provided was amazing! Jacob handled a whole party by himself and he was so patient. Not that there was any issues, but it can be overwhelming On the other hand, there was an unruly father who would not take no for an answer. Santiago had to get the manager and security because some dad was arguing with the poor employee about not letting his son go on a ride because he was too short. Bullwinkles in the city of Upland has upped their game (literally). It has something for everyone; Rock climbing, laser tag, bumper cars, bumper boats, indoor and outdoor miniature golf, go-kart race track, bowling, arcade, food/drinks... You can easily spend an entire day here exploring and experiencing all the different attractions they have. I brought my entire family for an indoor game of miniature golf, we chose the Western theme 18-hole course. I was impressed with the construction of this particular course. The aesthetics of it all, they spared no expense. The only negative: it gets crowded and waiting to start the next hole takes longer than expected. With that said, finishing a game could take a couple of hours. There are benches at every hole and slim tables to set your drinks on. Nonetheless, it was a great time. I would suggest paying a full day of play here, it makes better sense than paying for one attraction especially if you're going as a family, cost is per person. I was in town and wanted to play arcade games and realized this place had many more. when you walk in you pay for everything and its loaded on to a card. i started at the go carts it was a line but it went by quick. after i went play the arcade games. they were limited and some didnt work hut they had basketball, air hockey, and racing. sat at the bar to just chill and have a break which is nice. this place offeres so much, go karts, axe throwing, virtual ride arcade and more. definitely recommend for a fun night out. read more

This is the perfect place for quick family fun. Since they added upgrades, I heard good things about it and decided to take my son. The ambiance is cool, there's a bar, food hall and a nice arcade. Outside is they go carts and mini golf. I paid $35 for 3 different activities. We started with golf and it took about an hour to finish it. The line for the go carts was super long and I didn't have the patience to wait. The good thing is you can reuse your card when you return. Complete Rip-Off and Abysmal Management! What a rip-off this place is! And how poorly managed it is. I called on a Monday to reserve a party for my child for that upcoming Sunday (8/2). To my surprise, I was told they were completely booked up and was offered alternate days I declined since I was only visiting family and specifically needed to host that Sunday. I was advised I could still come in, grab tables on a first-come, first-served basis, and just do everything à la carte. I really wanted the party package because it's a much better value--especially since I was hosting 12 kids. When I arrived at Bullwinkle's and got our tables, I noticed ALL the party rooms were completely empty, despite being told they were fully booked! I went to talk to the party sales team, and they were incredibly rude. They just brushed me off with, "Sorry, we don't know what conversation you had with Kaydeane, the party sales rep." I explained that I was told the date was fully booked, yet the rooms were sitting wide open. After pressing them further, they finally admitted it was a staffing issue. I asked them to honor the party package pricing as a gesture of goodwill considering I was misled, especially since I didn't even need their empty party rooms or dedicated staff to host us. They refused. I tried explaining that paying customer shouldn't be penalized with inflated à la carte pricing just because they failed to staff their venue properly, but they just couldn't grasp basic customer service. Unreal! With 12 eager kids already on the way, I had no choice but to go ahead. The entire visit was a total disaster: * Absurd Pricing: I spent over $900 between food, attractions, and arcade games. * Broken Games: At least half of the arcade games weren't working and were just eating our credits with no way to get them back. We even loaded credits into games only to find basic equipment--like the balls--completely missing! * No Support: We couldn't find anyone to address the issues. Even if I had complained, the incompetent staff clearly didn't give a flying F, and nothing would have been done anyway. * Greedy Policies: When we asked for simple water cups, we were told they "did not have any" (lol) and that we had to buy $4 fountain drink cups just to get tap water. Seriously?!? What a poorly managed rubbish of a place with ZERO customer service. They literally had 10 employees standing around the cashier area doing absolutely nothing and unable to answer basic questions--staffing that easily could have been used to run the party rooms and honor packages. This remodel is WAY better than expected!! My husband and I were blown away. The expansion has brought in everything - bowling, arcade, 3 mini golf courses, axe throwing, bumper cars, go karts, laser tag.... EVERYTHING! Great for a birthday party or date night. Parking was easy to find on a Sunday night. We went in and bought tickets to mini golf, arcade game credit, axe throwing, and go karts. Axe throwing was fun - although a little scary since it is a real axe. Go karts was great too! There were a few kids that got stuck and the carts were forced to stop while they were helped out. We didn't end up having time for mini golf but they mentioned the credits don't expire, so we will have to come back another time. The arcade games are so expensive. A dollar to 1 credit ratio and the games range from 6+credits required to play for 1 player. For arcade fans, stick to Dave & Buster's. read more

Andrew was helpful, but found my humor more important along with telling me his life story about being from Victorville. I was making a report, because when you are alone with a flat tire around children they try to punk you. Working on manners is important when you decide to be a latch key parent. My family and I recently visited Bullwinkle's in Upland and had a decent time overall. The highlight of our visit was definitely the mini golf. I really liked that there were three different courses to choose from, which kept the experience fun and gave us some variety. The main issue we noticed was a lack of supervision around the mini golf areas. Several kids were running through active games, making it difficult for others to play and enjoy the course. It would be helpful to have employees monitoring the area to ensure everyone can safely enjoy their game. Another concern was that some children were hitting golf balls beyond the course boundaries toward the freeway. Raising the fencing around certain areas could help improve safety and prevent balls from leaving the property. I must say that my trip to Bullwinkle's Upland left me quite disappointed. The park has numerous attractions, but my experience at the establishment was far from perfect. It felt too crowded, thus causing me to wait a while before engaging in some activities. Moreover, some arcade games could not function correctly, forcing me to spend my game credits without playing at all. Furthermore, the quality of food served was quite disappointing. It was relatively expensive and the wait times were long. It is true that one has plenty to do at this venue, but it comes at a high price. To conclude, my experience at Bullwinkle's Upland was quite unsatisfactory. I expected the surroundings to be more neat and well-maintained. Had my daughter birthday here. Ordered 5 pizzas and one of them wasn't cooked all the way, so I asked to have it cooked longer. The waitress came back and said " they said they heated it up but it doesn't feel hot" so I tried it again and the dough was still raw. Spoke with a manager and they remade it. In the meantime I tried another pizza and it was always still raw ( dough ) they brought a new one for the first pizza and I just packed it up. I spoke with another manager letting her know that I had 2 pizzas not cooked. Didn't ask for anything just wanted to make them aware. It's fun for a date night to go laugh and have some fun. They do have a bar for adults that offer beer and hard drinks. UPDATE: After posting my review, I received an unexpected phone call from someone named Katie in higher management, which was extremely appreciated. She did acknowledge that they dropped the ball and would use this situation to implement more safety measures moving forward. Unfortunately we will have to pay to get our own vehicle fixed but I'm hoping that this won't happen with anyone else & in good faith, hopefully nobody else has to deal with this since Bullwinkles will be updating their safety measures & policies. * * * Before you consider spending money here, these people will not take responsibility for injuries/property damage. On Saturday, March 22, my partner and I drove out to Upland from Pasadena to hangout with some friends at this establishment. We got to the location around 9:30pm. Keep in mind, between the eight of us, we spent about $4-500 JUST IN GAME CARDS alone. The establishment closed at 11, so we left around 10:50 ish. Got to our car to a huge scratch and a damaged fender on the passenger right side of our vehicle. (photos attached) Please keep in mind that our vehicle was parked in the front of Bullwinkle's in direct view of multiple cameras - this is important to note. After going back into the establishment, to speak with the manager on duty (Mohammed A.), the security guard's (E. Esquivel) initial response to me was "Fuuuuck" when I informed him that someone hit our vehicle in the parking lot. I was then informed by both the manager and security guard that MULTIPLE witnesses came inside and informed them that an individual in a black Dodge Ram hit our car and left the scene, to which nobody on Bullwinkle's team informed us. We contacted UPD, they came out and this is where the lack of accountability sets in. Stacy Rachford, the general manager, finally reaches back out on Monday, March 24 to inform us that she will provide any video footage from the parking lot and cooperate fully with the police. Today, Saturday, March 29, Stacy follows up to inform us that "Unfortunately, the cameras do not capture the area where their vehicle was parked. I do not have footage of the incident." Again, our vehicle was parked in the front of the establishment in direct view of multiple cameras that Bullwinkle's employees (a manager, security guard and two supervisors that were on duty Sunday - one named Alondra), pointed out to us. The concern here is not the vehicle. A car can be fixed/replaced. The concern is that this is an establishment with a lot of foot traffic. Bullwinkle's was informed by MULTIPLE witnesses, to the point that both staff members were able to give me an ID of the vehicle, that someone hit our car. Not once did they come on the intercom to say "someone in a white dodge charger please come to the front" - NOTHING! The lack of accountability, the lack of transparency and the safety concern that this raises for me are huge red flags. So, if you read this in its entirety, with an establishment like this, God forbid you get hurt or your car is damaged, or insert whatever potential hazard, this establishment will not accept responsibility for the negligence on their part.
