The Physcians Assistant that assisted me caused over four (4) HIPPA violations within five minutes trying to prove a personal point and cause embarrassment to a patient. The lack respect, customer service, tact, patient care, and bad attitude is what I received instead. If it was not for the Doctor who respectfully issued a refund, I cannot say how long she would have continued. I will not be returning to the wellness center because if this is the type of person that will come and do what she did to a patient today, that is not a place that I can do business. Dr Vavich diagnosed her as having a UTI, gave us antibiotics, and sent us to have a UA done. This happened three times. All three times I called to get UA results and was told she did, in fact, have a UTI. She took so much antibiotic, she ended up with secondary infections. I insisted on a referral to Texas Children's because I didn't like putting her on antibiotics over and over. The doctor at Texas Children's showed me the results from Lab Corp. All three tests showed no infection. She never had a single UTI. The Texas Children's doctor ran some tests, just to be safe - and my daughter has absolutely nothing wrong. She was just simply having accidents at night. I was one mad mama! We will not be back.
