She begrudgingly made an appointment for me after I inquired for one and after she made it I said thank you and she disconnected the line. It's totally understandable that half your staff is at lunch, but so are many other people who can only make personal calls on lunch. Your frustration is valid, but no need to be rude when your job is literally helping people. If this is your typical day then you need a different job. Poor service on her part, expected better.

Shocking, plus to call and reach out to the doctor or assistant, depends on who answers the phone, they will transfer to an extension, you can leave a voice message and you might get lucky, someone will reach out to you a week later!
