Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. The owner is absolutely offensive and rude. I was trying to consign items and was given the low down on why she doesn't give items back anymore. Isn't that the cost of doing business? Your business woes should not be projected onto me. They sold me a fake bag more expensive than the outlet store price! They have a lot of items that are pretty expensive for a thrift store, and I would honestly just recommend buying the real thing if it's something you really want. They do have some nice things but in my opinion just not worth-it. read more

I love consignment and this is my favorite store. The women who worked there are friendly and helpful. We walked out with so many outfits today. My daughter found a cute dress and they helped her accessorize the outfit. So many fabulous things to choose from. The window displays are amazing. I LOVE this shop! All the employees are very helpful, and have a good eye for what would compliment your particular figure. I went away to St. martin last year and even though I was purchasing out of season, they had plenty to choose from in the back! I found summer dresses there in February! I agree with the other reviewer, particularly the jewelry. The prices are the same or beyond what you could find for costume jewelry at TJMaxx or Macys. I have enjoyed shopping there, until recently. I find they yell from the register, "hello, have you ever been here" is off putting and is a pretend effort to customer service. It is tacky and rude. I have brought in clothes for consignment and they are very blunt and rather critical. Ok, I get that. But Gina's reply to the previous reviewer who couldn't find her dress, and then said she found it in the back with stains. Why did you accept it? They are rarely opened at 10AM. One time, I waited because I had the time and just wanted to browse. When the woman, not Gina, finally did open, at 10:30, she told me they are usually busy getting opened and they should probably change the sign to 10:30. I have overheard them speak to consignors and they tell them to bring the clothes in on hangers, and how this or that wouldn't sell. Ok, I get it. I just went in the other day, at 5:30 on a Wed (because Gina won't see you on Sat - she's too busy). When I walk in with 2 shirts and 2 sweaters on hangers, and 2 costume bracelets - - ALL items had tags on them, they were brand new - never worn. Purchased last year for my 21 year old. My daughter put them in her closet, went off to school. I found them this fall, decided it was too late to return and thought I'd try Gina's place. The woman who rudely greeted me, said, oh, you didn't make an appt. gee, we only see on appt. (sorry, but I work and I know Saturday is out). Then she says, well, lets take a look. She says no to the cap-sleeve taupe shirt with a few beads(I mean a few). She said it's not the season. After she appraises the others, she say maybe to the black sweater. The other sweater was deep pink with lace in the back. I work at a local high school and I see these sweaters on all the girls. The woman hems and haws, I was insulted. She made me feel like she was doing me a huge service, I couldn't help but feel like I was supposed to apologize. DONE - I'm done with them. I will never go back to this one. They carry on like they are a NY boutique. Get over yourselves, you are a used clothes store. AVOID! read more

I loved it here! The moment I walked the woman working the register ran up to me and showed me exactly what I was looking for! She grabbed me a couple other dresses but asked me to try the first one on before the others. The dress fit like a glove and made me feel so beautiful! The prom dress I had got ruined and this place had a dress even more beautiful. I was very impressed and very happy they were able to help me so quickly. I have been there 3 times recently. Bought things each time and was happy with my purchases. Like other consignments you have to watch the dates on the clothing and when items get marked down. The tags were all there on my items. I brought friends there and family too and they liked it. read more

I recently consigned two designer dresses from Neiman Marcus at this store. In my contract I specified that I would pick up the dresses if they did not sell. A month or two went by and I called the store to see if they had sold/if I had a check waiting. The owner Gina picked up. "I'm busy with a customer...call back in 30mins". I call back, no response so I leave a voicemail. I did not hear back over the next two day so I call again. Gina picks up and I get the same response! Okay..now I'm starting to see a pattern. I call back and I speak with her. She writes down my info and states she will get back to me. A few more days go by and I get a voicemail asking if she can donate my dress. Now I'm furious! I call the store and state that in my contract it says I want to pick the dresses up. Then I ask about my other dress...it gets better! She does not know anything about it. I start describing it...she puts me on hold. 10minutes goes by and she finally found it. Needless to say I eventually retrieved my dresses not without unnecessary effort on my part. I have consigned clothing before but have never had so many issues with an owner. Her lack of knowledge of the consignors/unprofessional interactions is disappointing. Think again if you want to consign your clothing here. read more

I love Revival! It is an extraordinary consignment shop for two reasons. One, the clothing and accesories are top of the line! Two, Gina, the owner. She goes above and beyond to help achieve the look that is wanted. I went there looking for a gown to wear to my wedding (second time, white was out) I must have tried on 12 gowns and she was right there with an honest appraisal of how I looked. The last gown I tried on was PERFECT! And the price was far below what I was expecting to pay. And to top it off It was a new dress. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone in to see Gina! read more

I absolutely love this shop. Driving through Danvers, this was one of the stores that caught my eye and pushed me to come back and take a look. Thank god I did! There is so much variety in the shop and everything is such a reasonable price. Right when I went in, I was immediately met with a pleasant greeting and the help I received was above and beyond. I've worked a lot in customer service and can definitely attest to how customers should be treated upon entering an establishment. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like a guest. I ended up leaving the store with a lot more than I intended, but I can guarantee I will be returning here again and again! read more

I am a huge fan of this place! I work down the street and pop in every other week to just take a peek, they have great stuff and designer names. I always walk out with a new piece for my closet and find them so helpful. This is 1 of the 3 consignment shops that I shop and don't have to dig to find a gem, its very well organized. They are helpful and friendly and really I'm not sure what else you could really ask for in consignment shopping. Yes the prices are not pennies, but I don't want to buy a old navy t shirt, I want to by a Ralph Lauren trench coat or Gucci shoes, but for the quality you get I'm always happy with my deal! read more
