I have to disclose up front that I'm a hugh fan of Francie's. A life long consignment shopper Francie's is one shop that never disappoints. I shop all over the USA and this is a great shop. Leslie, the owner, is so personable and always helpful while shopping. Most consignment shops in my area (Cape Ann) make it so hard to consign with them. Not here. Francie's always has great softly used and even new items. Handbags, shoes to die for! My whole family shops here! read more

I tries to consign some things here and found that it was a different owner than I had seen before. She was not friendly and I felt judged as soon as I walked in. She basically turned her nose up at my clothes. I don't think I'll be back any time soon. I would recommend consigning elsewhere read more

excellent customer service! My one spot stop for consigning and of course buying clothes!!! Great quality and prices for products and clothing I could not find anywhere else! Even consigning, I feel like I've really gotten more out of clothing items I've consigned than I would of thought. Like unlike other places, there's real value I've gotten back in return. I literally bring in last seasons wardrobe and go on a shopping spree for the next one, relying on store credit from consignments alone! Like SAYWHAAA Plus it's been a great way to connect with other women in the local community through different parties and demos Leslie has hosted. The gem of Topsfield for real. I discovered this unique consignment store which sells high quality, excellent condition, beautiful used clothes during a trip to Rockport and Gloucester a few years ago. The store also carries some new items which add to the selection. I'm sure you will find something there each time you visit as I have -- especially on the $5 rack which has some real finds. The people who work there are always very helpful and friendly. I have even made a few trips to specifically visit this store even though I live an hour+ away -- always worth it. read more

By far the best consignment store in the North Shore! I have bought many pieces of clothing there and feel like since I started shopping there i have become a much more stylish dresser! I went back to Francie's recently and the place has really improved a lot in the past year. This place is definitely a boutique so if you're looking for discount prices, I would go elsewhere. But it's got some really nice high end things for really good prices. I got a beautiful silk Anne Taylor dress for $45 that is just unbelievably cut. My mom found a gorgeous short blue dress with big sparkly sleeves that made her look incredible. I recommend this place if you're looking for something really nice and dressy. read more

I have consigned with Francie's several times and have always been pleased with the experience. Leslie prices things fairly, gives thorough receipts and is timely with the payments. I've also been lucky enough to get some personal shopping; Leslie keeps an eye out for things that I'm looking for, or that she thinks would suit me and she's always right on target! My only sadness is that I haven't yet been able to actually visit either of the stores, but I'm hoping that won't last long! read more

I learned about this resale Boutique through a close friend that works in Haverhill. I had a great time. It is clean, intimate and friendly. The owner was very customer service savy. I left with 4 items well under $100 and all unique. The owner was so nice she stayed open a couple of minutes longer for me to try stuff on. Again, the clothes were clean and well organized. Established in 2009.

After years of dreaming about owning her own shop, Leslie Fincke opened FRANCIE'S BOUTIQUE in Topsfield, MA, in 2009. Though for a while she tried to surpress her passion for retail, she accepted that it's the business she loves and has worked in retail management and merchandising for the past 10 years. April 2018, Leslie sold Francies Boutique to Leslie Voss of Topsfield, a long time customer who shares the same name and passion for finding the perfect thing - both for herself and for others. "Perfect" means something uniquely "you." She is a stickler for quality, and knows a great deal when she sees one. Leslie Voss is committed to bringing the best consignment to FRANCIE'S along with new and select vintage items. The store has also expanded to include Home Decor, art and crafts made by local artisans of the North Shore becoming a gift destination as well.

Top quality, hand picked consignment has arrived in Rockport! Francie's in the little brown Swiss Chalet on Dock Sq. across from Village Silversmith and Milk and Honey has hit the 'hood with women's consignment clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories. Building off her first store in Topsfield and many years in both the fashion and consignment world the owner (Leslie) has an eye for what's good. I should know I've worked with her! (disclaimer) -Cream colored Theory blazer for $24-... CHECK. -Silk floral sundress from Anthropologie for under $50-...CHECK. -Banana Republic capris, never worn for $14-...CHECK. -Adorable NY label summer slingbacks for *cheap*....CHECK. Francie's consigns womens clothing of better brands and 'the basics'. I'm a huge fan of consignment because I know: -lots of women buy things and NEVER wear them... -I buy things just to wear once or twice, why buy new? -it's recycling! -my clothing budget goes A LONG way at Francie's. Francie's Boutique is my one stop shopping place for gifts, antiques, baby gifts, cards, clothing, jewelry and great hospitality and customer service. I have consigned clothes there and Leslie is super helpful with the process. Her gift selection is always high quality, diverse and updated to reflect local traders. I get to find my standby favorites there and new things all the time. I have bought Masco sweaters there and my favorite, the little woven finger puppet dolls for babies. I have gone in twice for baby shower gifts. She has the best cards in the area and she gift wraps presents in beautiful colors. You always get a friendly face and so much help when you go to Francie's. You get your receipt by email or text and she's always careful to remove price tags if it's a gift. She's super nice and her daughter is awesome too. Since moving to the North Shore in 2018 Francie's has become one of my favorite stores and I can't imagine my life without it. It's a must see! My friend and I went to Francie's in Rockport last Saturday and got some great stuff! We are already huge fans of Francie's in Topsfield and wanted to check out the selection in Rockport. All the stuff there is so fun. I got some amazing chocolate brown Kenneth Cole trousers and a sexy, black lace bustier/corset-thing for around $30. What a steal! The owner is has a good, discriminating eye for basics and fun clothes. She kept pulling more amazing clothes for us to try on throughout the hour we were there. All the items were in great condition; she obviously is very choosy with her consignment clients. I would definitely recommend! It's worth the circling for a parking spot! read more
