Wednesday the 19th I called the phone number on their website and here -- the phone number that apparently worked just fine when I was trying to get the estimate. No response. Thursday the 20th I called again. No response. I am so baffled by these companies that do not communicate with customers that want to hire them. UPDATE: He did not call me back after "checking his schedule." And why no response to my first phone call the previous day? He also seems to indicate that he received my first email, but not my second. I can post a screen shot of it, Jason, so frankly, I don't believe you. The fact is, you decided my job was too small to bother with, so you thought you would just ghost me. But then posted a response to my first review here within two hours of its appearance! Despite using the template the handles are not even as you look at them. Several are off slightly and hard for most to see but there is a few of them that are off and they easily stand out.
