During my visit, the doctor quoted me $795 for one syringe of Restylane Regular, which is about 60% higher than the $495 price advertised on the clinic's website for the filler I needed (I attached a screenshot from their site). When I pointed this out, he checked the website and admitted the prices were different, but then claimed the website was "under maintenance", even though it was working fine. He also mentioned that he doesn't really pay much attention to the website, which I found surprising and confusing. At that point, I already felt uncomfortable with the lack of transparency and decided not to move forward with the service. Be sure to verify pricing information in advance for dermal fillers, because what you see online may not match what you're told in person.

I don't live nearby, so I made a long drive and wasted both my time and gas for nothing. What made the experience even worse was how it was handled afterward. I reached out multiple times by phone and email requesting a refund, and my calls and emails were repeatedly ignored. It was incredibly frustrating to be met with complete silence instead of a simple acknowledgment or apology. When someone finally addressed the situation, I was offered a free session as if that would make up for everything. It felt like they viewed this as a minor inconvenience, when in reality they completely wasted my time, failed to communicate, and then ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. My biggest issue isn't just the missed appointment--it's the complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If a business can't be bothered to notify clients that no one will be there, and then ignores multiple requests afterward, why would anyone trust them with their time or money? This experience was handled poorly from beginning to end. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend a business that shows so little respect for its customers.

I got a microdermabrasion which was much needed. It really exfoliated all of the dead skin on my face and I found out my skin was even more congested than I thought. No. But it's whatever. I had a Groupon, so what did I expect? My second appt. - My appt was at 10:30. The place was locked, but one of the staff heard me try the door and let me in. They let me know the nurse was running late. Which okay. Life happens. No big deal. About 30 minutes later, she came in, I got my treatment, and went to check out. My Groupon was for a bikini because it didn't list Brazilian as an option on the site, so I was paying additional for the Brazilian. Appt 1 it was $55, today it was $65. So I was like oh, it was $55 last time. The guy then says would I like to bundle it and pay for the next 5 up front, and he'd give me 20%? I was like, "Oh, that's so nice, thank you." So he said that'll be $320. Uhh, that math doesn't math. So I was like, "Oh, I'll go ahead and just pay each time because 55 x 5 is $275, so I'll just stick with that". My third appt. The nurse is close to 45 minutes late because of a flat tire. Which, again, things happen. But now it's getting fishy. She arrives and does my treatment. I walk out of the room afterward, and the two people who work there are very clearly talking about me, haha. I was like, cool, cool. Y'all can say what you want, but maybe don't be so obvious about it. My fourth appt. They cancelled what I had originally scheduled on the 14th and moved it to the 21st. But they at least did that a few days before, so that's a win! Come the 21st, my appt was once again at 10:30, why they do them at that time, I don't know. An hour beforehand, I got a new confirmation changing my appt to 10:45. I wasn't sure how accurate this was, so I got there at like 10:35 because they are always late anyways. Shocker, they aren't open. So I went back to my car. 3 minutes later, I see them in there, so I go to walk in, and as I do they are calling me and cancelling my appt because the machine wasn't working. My fourth/fifth appt. That brings me to today. I got there at 10:30, no one is there. I wait. Still no one. Doors locked. I waited some more. I try calling, I get their automated person, then it rings, then it says your call can't be connected. So I leave. It's now 47 minutes after my appt time, and I haven't heard a word. Working to get my money back. Should have heeded the warnings I'm seeing everywhere now.

Minus 1 star for now, as unfortunately the infrared lights were not working in my sauna when I visited. The sauna was still perfectly hot, just no lights. They were using a thin blanket but i was told if i got cold from the ac, she can bring out the thick blanket. Before she started, she also asked if i wanted a quiet or a talkative treatment. Isabel told me what she was going to do and changed it based on the products i used at home so that my face wouldnt break out. Isabel also used a steamer and she adjusted it based on how i felt because the closer it was, the harder it was to breathe. She moved it further away until i said it was okay. After the facial. I had red light therapy and be warned even with the eye covering it gets really bright. At the end, i was provided recommendations on what i should do for my skin, which was mostly mosituring. I also got sample of moisturizer but they ran out of the sunscreen sample so i couldnt get any. Had a wonderful time. Was recommended a coffee shop to try and it was amazing. They also have alot of different services too. Will be back in the future. Parking on the street only.
