I came across this business in need of finding a non-invasive way to reduce inches off my fatty arms. This is such a huge insecurity for me as I have always suffered from "big arms" I have lost weight in the past but my arms seems to have always been the least to get slimmer. So glad I found the Body Sculpt LA and the owner, Maggie is such a great asset. I need a kick start to my weight loss management, plus it is encouraging to see how your body will transform. Upon calling for an appointment, she was very honest, did not try to upsell me any other services and encouraged me to first make it in person and have her take a look so she can recommend the best approach. This is rare and I appreciated this. I made an appointment for cryo therapy, to reduce some stubborn fat in both arms. The procedure itself was painless and did not experience anything negative. No downtime and can go about my day. Made it in, and Maggie was very pleasant, patient and honest all the way. With her help now, I have started to watch more of what I eat, especially carbs and refined sugars. As I keep going for more sessions and inquire diet/exercise I do hope to see and loose a few inches. Been coming here for about two months now, once a week to see Maggie. She has been extremely helpful, and hopeful! It's so amazing to have people make you feel like you can achieve your health and physical goals! As a first-time customer, I had a very disappointing experience. Michelle was quite rude, referring to me as "lady," which felt inappropriate when I attempted to reschedule my appointment. She also mentioned that I was supposed to call to make an appointment, as stated on the voucher, but in her initial text, she told me I could schedule through text. I did not appreciate her attitude, so I ended up canceling and requesting a refund from Groupon. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this merchant to anyone due to this experience. I'm relieved that I canceled my treatment, as I doubt I would have been satisfied with the results, especially considering their before-and-after photos are not impressive. You need to improve your customer service. To Maggie: I'd prefer not to be blamed for this situation. First, it was her responsibility to inquire about the treatment I purchased from Groupon or to clarify my needs. Moreover, calling me "hey lady" feels disrespectful; I have a name. Emergencies happen, and rescheduling a few hours before my appointment is sometimes necessary. Given the poor customer service I've encountered, I cannot recommend your business. read more

I've had 18 post-op lymphatic drainage massages with Maggie (2 9-session packages) and I can confidently say that the results of my procedure would not have been as dramatic or pleasing without her expertise and incredibly talented hands! It can be a little embarrassing to strip down and let a stranger massage your body, especially after it's been bruised and banged up, but Maggie is a consummate professional who always has your best interests and health in mind. Not only that, she's also flexible, dependable, and will work with you as much as possible to make sure that everything aligns with your schedule - so long as you're also accountable enough to give her a heads up as soon as possible and keep the communication lines open. As someone who doesn't ever wear less than shorts and a shirt in public and also experiences anxiety, I have never once felt uncomfortable or embarrassed with Maggie.
