My belly button looks unnatural--almost like a coin--and the hip-to-hip scar isn't even placed low enough to be hidden under underwear, which was one of my main concerns going in. At my follow-up, I was told I could get a revision after six months since my stomach was still large. I was initially told I'd only need to cover the anesthesia fee, which I was willing to do. However, when I received the actual quote, they added an additional operating room fee, bringing the total to $2,900. That's on top of the $8,700 I already paid. This is where it really feels wrong--there were no complications like infection or wound issues. The issue is simply that the surgery was not done thoroughly enough, yet I'm being asked to pay again to fix it. That doesn't sit right. Overall, the experience feels very transactional, with little concern for patient satisfaction or accountability. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before moving forward here.
