There's not enough shopping carts and the carts that are there are in rough shape. They're rusted and shaky. They don't have a place to store carts so you have to drag one on from the parking lot. The store fixtures are rough. Most of the shelves are scratch and dent. The floors are old and worn. Keep in mind that there are not a lot of places to grocery shop in Cleveland, MS. No Trader Joe's, no Sprouts, no Wholefoods... Kroger could be the premier place. The team members are all helpful and friendly.
