Mike came out the same morning we called about a sewer issue. He was professional, responsive and kindly educated us through the whole process. It took them three…read moretimes to seat a toilet in my home, finally the last person to come out did it successfully!, however on the first or second try , they broke the tile at the base of the toilet and they said they would not repair it as I did not discover it until sometime after as it is not my main bathroom. They also charged me twice , put in a new toilet when one was not needed, ( I was not home at the time of the first "repair") Do not recommend!
