I called for the first time last week and they said it may just be needing a new air filter so to try that and call back if it happens again. (How nice to try to diagnose our problem for free instead of charging us for a house visit if we didn't need it.) It happened again so I called back and they got us in for the next morning. Our repair technician (I believe his name is Wilson) was nice and professional, diagnosed our problem and spoke with me and talked to my husband on the phone. He explained to me what the problem was and showed me pictures that he took to show me what was wrong. He re insulated our lines, cleared our drains, and fixed some problems with the attic unit- even though our problem was low refrigerant! He really fixed up our ac unit that was left not in great shape by the previous owner. The price for labor was very fair and he gave us a good deal. We will use them every time.
