I've always been hesitant to go to a medspa because of what I've read and heard about how pushy some businesses can be with new clients. I also felt intimidated that I would be talked down to because I have only researched treatments and have had no prior experience. I'm really thankful to say that my experience at Skin Refine Medspa has been extremely positive. I felt seen, heard and understood. Most of all I felt safe! I've been going to Skin Refine since January of last year and I absolutely loved my experience so much, I've been returning since and recommending them to my friends! In fact, I just went in today and felt confident to schedule a new treatment for myself. Thank you to the Skin Refine staff for making me feel safe and secure in my own skin. I am grateful for the ability to ask questions without committing to anything until I'm ready. I feel beautiful and so happy with my results!

Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. I spent an hour driving there, 30 minutes waiting at the office, and another hour driving back -- just because the office did not honor their commitment after telling me that they would make an exception, not to mention the unnecessary privacy ask. They essentially wasted two people's time by lying and disrespecting their clients. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It's horrendous.

The treatment was quick and surprisingly comfortable thanks to the cooling air hose. My skin looked brighter right away, not darker like with other lasers. Afterward, the staff applied a sheet mask and chilled gel masks, which calmed my skin beautifully. By the time I got home, the redness was almost gone! Helen gave detailed aftercare instructions . I've had two sessions so far, and my spots are much lighter and my skin tone more even. In addition, Helen also responded quickly to any questions, even on weekends. This was my first time seeing Dr. Kim Rappaport at Revive in Sunnyvale/Cupertino. The space is clean and well-organized but what really struck me was how friendly the front desk staff were when I just opened the door! I was waiting only about 5 minutes when Kim came and got me, brought me back to the treatment room and asked me about my facial concerns. We explored options and decided, TOGETHER, that botox and filler was the way to go. Kim took pictures and explained the entire procedure to me. She made sure I was calm and comfortable and checked in with me every step of the way. We talked and laughed a bit while this was going on so it really helped me feel calm! After she was finished, she took more pictures and offered me options if I wanted more in any area. When I said I thought it looked good, she agreed and said that I was welcome to come back for any adjustments, even if I needed/wanted the filler dissolved (which I definitely do NOT!). Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. After cleansing and about 30 minutes of numbing, I met Helen, who was super kind, knowledgeable, and really listened. She explained that PicoSure has different settings and started with the medium mode to see how my skin would react -- I really appreciated her cautious and thoughtful approach. The treatment was quick and surprisingly comfortable thanks to the cooling air hose. My skin looked brighter right away, not darker like with other lasers. Afterward, the staff applied a sheet mask and chilled gel masks, which calmed my skin beautifully. By the time I got home, the redness was almost gone! Helen gave detailed aftercare instructions . I've had two sessions so far, and my spots are much lighter and my skin tone more even. In addition, Helen also responded quickly to any questions, even on weekends. I feel completely safe and cared for here. Highly recommend FlowMD and Helen!

I spent an hour driving there, 30 minutes waiting at the office, and another hour driving back -- just because the office did not honor their commitment after telling me that they would make an exception, not to mention the unnecessary privacy ask. They essentially wasted two people's time by lying and disrespecting their clients. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It's horrendous.
