It is a hands on treatment involving deep oscillating pressure over specific areas. Fascial manipulation can treat body regions from head to foot. In a research trial published in Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapy (January 2019), a group of low back pain patients receiving fascial manipulation® plus standard physical therapy treatment had almost three times the improvement in pain rating versus a group receiving standard physical therapy treatment alone.
