However, they didn't have me on their schedule at all when I was suppose to start my first week post op. I found Quest Physical Therapy accidentally and only a few miles from my home, and this place has an entire team of collaborative professional staff , all well trained in their jobs! Everyone is so caring and attentive. You feel better just being there! I worked primarily with Jamie Bollinger who is truly an expert in her field . She was very good at motivating and empowering me, helping me to understand the new mechanics of my knee. She helped me push myself to do the hard work needed for my recovery. She also is certified in Dry needling which was new to me, and definitely helpful! I had a few times to work with Nathan, and both techs Ben, and Julie were all professional and caring. Anthony and Stefanie were both very helpful setting up my sessions and insurance, and billing. I truly would recommend Quest to those needing professional physical therapy. Millie Cunningham

I can't say enough great things about Quest Physical Therapy in Issaquah, especially Dr. Anthony…read more(Tony). From the very first appointment, his punctuality stood out--appointments always start on time, which immediately shows respect for your schedule and your care. Dr. Tony is not only incredibly kind, but also genuinely empathetic. He truly listens, takes the time to understand how you're feeling, and makes you feel seen and heard as a person--not just a patient. There's a real, unmistakable sense that he cares deeply about your recovery and well-being, and that level of compassion is rare. His expertise across multiple modalities is impressive. Whether it's targeted manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, or other advanced techniques, Dr. Tony clearly knows how to tailor treatment to what you need to get back on your feet safely and efficiently. He explains the "why" behind everything, which builds confidence and trust throughout the recovery process. If you're looking for a physical therapist who combines technical excellence with genuine human care, Quest Physical Therapy--and Dr. Tony in particular--is simply exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier physical therapy in Issaquah.

Ask for all potential charges before receiving any care here, even with in network insurance. $490 for a foot brace! I repeat - $494.75 for a small foot brace, I kid you not. I had some pain in my heel lasting for a couple weeks and thought "let's get it checked out". Saw Dr Tim Young for a 15 minute, middle of the road appointment - he recommended stretching more (yes, stretching!) and to wear a foot brace at night. Ok, fine suggestions although pretty basic and to be expected. A few weeks later my bill came and I kid you not this is what was billed by this company: New patient appt: $330 Time for the visit: $180 Ankle brace: $480! Random charge I can't yet determine: $180 If you're counting, that is $1170 for a honest to god 15 min appt, where again the main recommendation was to stretch my calf more. Shameful and appalling. If you choose to visit Issq Foot & Ankle, good luck to you. Your wallet will surely need it

Kevin was my physical therapist for both injuries and Sam assisted him. Both Kevin and Sam were consistently thoughtful, supportive, and encouraging. The first day I walked in, I was in pain and quite nervous and not sure what to expect. Kevin was very kind, great about explaining everything along the way, and his treatment plan and recommendations were incredibly effective - with both injuries, I was able to get back to pain-free far more quickly than I'd anticipated. I'm interested in research, and it was clear he keeps up to date on the latest research in his field, which is excellent and would certainly contribute to how effectively he's able to treat his patients. It's also clear they both genuinely care - it shows in everything they do. They are professional, capable, and will treat you like a friend. I will always be grateful to them for how they helped me recover from my injuries with such reassurance and sincere concern for my overall well-being. If you ever need physical therapy for any reason whatsoever, definitely choose Issaquah Physical Therapy. I'm incredibly grateful to have found them. I only wish they owned a gym so I could keep working with them to improve my overall fitness!

Before that time, I was a patient of a large medical practice in Issaquah for over a decade. I've always tried to eat well and stay fit through exercise. So it has been frustrating that the story I've received every year at my annual checkup from my primary care physician at this large medical practice is the same: some of your biomarkers are higher than ideal and we'll just watch them. No further investigation, no analysis of underlying causes, no next steps at all. After I saw Dr Woodall, I learned for the first time that there were steps that I could take to address the underlying causes of my high biomarkers. The steps that I have taken include both medicines as well as nutritional supplements based on scientific knowledge and lab testing of vitamins and nutrients my body is not absorbing well. And I'm confident that the steps that I have taken will help me stay fit, active, and healthy as I move into an older stage of life. The doctors of the practice take a holistic approach seeking the root causes of ailments rather than merely addressing symptoms as seems to be the norm for many medical practices these days due. If you want to get ahead of health problems instead of dealing with them only after they arise, this is a medical practice that is highly worth investigating.

Owner and Physical Therapist Nancy was patient and thorough. I have genetically flat feet with posterior tibial tendon dysfunction that occasionally give me grief. I made an appointment when it got bad enough to make fitness walking rather miserable. Along with in-office sessions, I received printouts of stretches and exercises to do at home, along with the necessary elastic bands. I was extremely satisfied, and have recommended Nancy to a few folks since then. Support your local small business!

My specific health problems involve cranial hypertension and sensitization of facial nerves, so I found her specialty of therapeutic massage and craniosacral therapy to be quite helpful. She uses many different techniques to trace irritated nerves, tense muscles, trigger points, etc. and gently relieve each painful spot to slowly unwind the overall "bundle". I always feel so calm and refreshed after leaving her office. I am not a medical expert but I will say that these therapy treatments do work best in conjunction with other specialists, such as a chiropractor, naturopath, neurologist, etc. Of course everyone's situation is a little different; that's just what I've found.

The first podiatrist failed to properly diagnose my foot issue. The second podiatrist (very well-known and highly rated in Issaquah), at least realized that the issue had to do with the sesamoid, but did not fully diagnose the problem, and the orthotics he ordered were junk, despite the high price. They fell apart on me in a couple of months, and when I had them sent back for repair, they lasted 2 weeks. That office charged me over $700 for that junk, and did not properly charge my insurance, leaving me responsible for the entire bill. They negotiated down to $450, but I got in touch with my insurance company myself and got them to pay for it (and their cost was a little over $300 btw). That second doctor also recommended hyaluronic acid, which I'm glad I turned down (there's is little scientific evidence for it for my particular foot issue, and it requires annual re-application). Dr. Jones, on the other hand, immediately diagnose the issue and ordered the best orthotics I've ever had. Most of my sesamoid-related pain is already gone. He also helped me out with plantar fasciitis. This guy knows his stuff! He also properly handled everything with my insurance, and I've never had to wait even a minute to be seen at his office. He took time to hear me out and to address all of my concerns. What a great experience! I wish I had seen him 5 years ago!
