I received my PT here after my TKR which didn't go as planned after a longer inpatient stay. My sister had referred me to a place that she had used, so I checked it out before surgery , booked my first week appointments and thought that everything was all set. However, they didn't have me on their schedule at all when I was suppose to start my first week post op. I found Quest Physical Therapy accidentally and only a few miles from my home, and this place has an entire team of collaborative professional staff , all well trained in their jobs! Everyone is so caring and attentive. You feel better just being there! I worked primarily with Jamie Bollinger who is truly an expert in her field . She was very good at motivating and empowering me, helping me to understand the new mechanics of my knee. She helped me push myself to do the hard work needed for my recovery. My journey with Quest PT and Dr. Jamie Bollinger (DPT) was long and extremely rewarding. I had shoulder joint replacement that went badly. I worked with Jamie through 2 failed surgeries and ultimately my final, and very successful surgery. She is kind, knowledgeable, and makes PT a little more tolerable. She pushed me, but never too far. PT is painful, but with Jamie, it helped me to regain nearly full range of motion in my shoulder. I have been going here for a couple of months with Katie Hertzberg, DPT as my physical therapist. I've had a great experience with Katie, not only for her expertise but also for her empathy and compassion. I would highly recommend her. I have an ongoing undiagnosed condition that is stumping the specialists, but through the exercises I'm doing at home and Katie's PT, I get relief. Had a good experience with Quest. Easy to setup a schedule, insurance wasn't a hassle. I had Joe as a therapist and he had lots of great suggestions and had a keen eye to observe things I wouldn't have noticed. I like how he sent a decent set of home care suggestions, lots of focus on doing things that I could do at home. Pretty plain spoken advice asking if certain stretches felt productive or hurt, don't do things that hurt...this worked well for me. Pro-tip, they do schedule out a bit so probably best for you to find a set time that works in your schedule and schedule out as long as you might think you need, and then some. read more

I have to rave about Olivia. I saw her for chronic back pain, and she worked with me to create a short, straightforward set of exercises I could do every day. That was a year ago, and I'm STILL doing my exercises every day. All the credit goes to Olivia for really listening to my likes and dislikes to create a routine I'd be willing to do every day. And I know the exercises work, because I stopped doing them for 2 weeks when I had pneumonia, and the pain came back. Started doing my routine again, and the pain went away. I have been utilizing Quest Physical Therapy in Issaquah for years. I broke my kneecap and needed to strengthen and get back on track after 2 months in a straight leg brace. Joe was my PT and he was very helpful. I had some pain with certain exercises and Joe just kept assessing and trying different exercises to find just the right one's for me. He was very encouraging and fun to work with. I love the on line exercises specific to me...very helpful when doing the exercises at home. And after 10 sessions, Before he let me loose.. Joe made sure I was ready. At Quest it is very easy to to set up or change appointment times too. I am thankful for the help I got from Joe at Quest PT! I got a shoulder injury during strength training that resulted in chronic shoulder pain for over 5 months. In spite of rest and simple shoulder exercises I had been doing on my own the pain didn't subside very much which caused trouble sleeping (due to pain when I turned on the injured shoulder side). I was not able to progressively overload in my strength training. At which point I decided to try physical therapy. Joe Borin was my physical therapist at Quest Physical Therapy. I was going for 45 mins - 60 mins sessions with him every week. He provided excellent set of exercises and tracked improvements in strength and posture as we progressed. At the end of about 8 weeks or so my shoulder pain reduced significantly to almost nothing (less than 1% pain left). I am now able to continue to progress with strength training now with much more confidence and ease. Joe was very friendly, methodical in analyzing and diagnosing problem areas, knowledgeable and a very positive & professional person to work with. Quest Physical Therapy staff, front desk is also very responsive, customer focused and friendly. I have had a great experience with Sarah Kinsley. This is the second time I've sought physical therapy, and I was so disappointed with my first experience (ATI in Newcastle), that I quit going despite not experiencing relief from my back pain. My experience with Sarah has been the exact opposite. I'm currently 6 months pregnant with my first baby and had been experiencing pretty severe leg pain. As soon as I saw her, she was able to determine that the pain was actually caused by my sciatic nerve and within a couple weeks the pain in my leg was completely gone. She was very mindful of making sure the exercises she gave me were doable for my pregnancy and constantly checked in at every session and adjusted as needed. I was going twice a week at first, and now after less than two months I'm going once a month for the duration of my pregnancy. They are truly professional, knowledgeable, and talented. I had knee surgery for a compound meniscus tear, as well as a micro-fracture procedure to repair damaged cartilage. Over the last few months, I have been able to work with both Ethan and Anthony, both of which proved exceptional. At every step, they knew exactly what I needed to build strength and increase my range of motion. Things have been going so well, that at a recent follow up with my surgeon, he stated that it looked like I was healing a full two months ahead of schedule. Each session included time with Ethan or Anthony as they evaluated my progress, and worked on improving range of motion. They personalized the session and was in tune to my stage of recovery. I'm so grateful for their expertise and style; it was exactly what I needed and I'm stronger than I expected to be thanks to their approach to physical therapy. Each session also included strengthening exercises and ice treatments from the team. The PT aides, and the entire team were amazing; Tonya at the front desk billing guru! Word of advice: work hard at the sessions and be sure to do the work at home too. By keeping up with the exercises as prescribed, you'll build your strength faster and be ready for each subsequent stage of rehab. This is long overdue. I highly recommend Quest Physical Therapy, it is a great place to go for physical therapy. This is my family's 'go to' for all types of therapy; pre-surgery strengthening or post-surgery recovery. I worked with Anthony Yengo strengthening my knee and my core for pre microfracture surgery so recovery would be less painful. The team at Quest was always patient and dedicated. They helped me regain my range of motion, my strength, setting realistic limits, and provided me positive affirmations, along with the 'you can do it encouragements.' Quest was great in my recovery to resume a normal lifestyle. In addition, the receptionists are professional and nice; Anthony Yengo and his staff are top notch. I like that the physical therapists personally work with the individuals & listen to any new concerns that might come about & try to help resolve any issue. Like most of the medical providers, chiropractors or physical therapists, all they cared about was that their bills get paid in time. After $500+ and 5-6 sessions, as much as Jeff was nice and courteous, all they cared about was that I show up for the appointment. There was no follow-up or concern about wellness or even an iota of mention or concern about whether all those sessions and routine daily exercises made me feel any better. I still feel the same and they just "don't care", because their business runs on timely payments, not the wellness of their patients. If anything, they could have given me a courtesy call once I stopped making my appointments because I actually started feeling pain in other places . I had originally come to get my wrist pain and upper back/shoulder pain shown. Jeff never got to my wrist and eventually just ignored it with some technical advice. During the first appointment, he mentioned that he will look at it next time, and he kept on ignoring it and never got to it. He gave me an exercise routine which took me at least and hour everyday, and made me feel no better. I had a minor gym injury near my biceps and it got worse as I continued doing the exercise. Nothing worked, although I was very particular about the exercise routine at home, and they never showed any concern during my appointments or after I stopped showing up. read more

Jeff Mitsch and his aides were great. They actually listen to what you have to say. They encourage you to let them know how you are feeling and truly care about making you feel comfortable and getting you to 100%. They are tactful when it came to scheduling appointments and being ready when I arrived. Even a couple days before, I was able to schedule a few appointments out. I had a total of 11 sessions. The true "pain" in my wrist was probably gone by the 8th session, but Jeff gave me the lead. I told him when I felt comfortable enough to stop physical therapy, rather than him telling me that I should be good to go. It's almost 3 weeks since my last appointment, and I am still "pain" free. I still have a little discomfort now and then, but I know what to do now (whether it be ice, heat, stretching/strength exercise, or just resting and wearing my brace). I'm glad they took the time to show me what to do and how to do it correctly. Thank you Jeff and team. I don't plan on being back anytime soon, but if I have a future injury, I plan to on going to Quest Physical Therapy. I have been seeing Anthony at Quest Physical Therapy for 6+ months after a Bankart repair + Remplissage shoulder surgery. I've previously had 2 surgeries on the same shoulder and as a result, have worked with multiple therapists. Based on my previous experiences contrasting to the experience as Quest physical therapy, I was impressed with the professionalism & friendliness of the therapist and knowledge about my condition, as well as best practices for the recovery course. The experience as a whole has been superior to any other therapy experience I've had in the past. One particular aspect is that Anthony works closely with the surgeon that operated on my shoulder and they are coordinating the treatment plan together. Additionally, the treatment has been improving my pain symptoms and improved range of motion, as well as strength.
