Not surprising as they want to sell more than I asked for. It's a TABLETOP, 54" diameter. How hard is that? 2. Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.

BEWARE!! I have used this company for years for hotel and residential projects. Unfortunately my…read moremost recent experience was on my home. I bought the slabs from their recommended supplier. AMD picked up the slabs to do the fabrication. A computer generated slab layout was provided and approved by me. when the tops showed up, one of the smallest tops were installed with a seam which was not part of the approved layout. Secondly one of the slabs was brought out and installed with a crack that they tried to hide it by repairing it. We have made repeated calls to get it corrected. But all we get is lip service. We are turning this over to our Attorney And notifying the Contractors License board. It's really ashamed that they are not a stand up company. Oh yeah, I paid them in full. Big mistake. STAY AWAY! Find a different shop.
