BUYER BE AWARE!!!The place is small but they offer a lot of stones and kitchen. The salesperson is friendly and helpful at first then I find out she is new that not very helpful. The material is just average. They are not very professional at all first I gave them the measurements and they staff came to do measurements and we agreed with the price and signed the contract . After they demonetized my kitchen then they told me I have to pay additional piece of counter top we had paid for two but now they said it needed three. We disagree but our kitchen already destroyed so we have to suck it up and pay. I don't trust theirs business practices and words. At the end the staff accidentally scratched my kitchen cabinets that I discovered next day but I had already signed completed job. I don't even call cause they will deny it anyway, these people are dishonest that I don't recommend to anybody. read more

However, if you value your time, money, home, sanity and everything else that goes with a house Reno - save yourself and hire a professional contractor. DO NOT hire them for the actual Reno work. one simple Reno become two because of the unprofessional subcontractors that did botched work that lead to multiple leaks and things breaking or falling apart. I am editing my review. Sales person, Q, tried really hard to make up for inconveniences. I really appreciate him and his efforts. I can't give it a 5 star review because the issues I had with the delays and quality of work still cost me time and money. Company policies should be more customer friendly. I also think there should be some quality inspection of the manufacturer they use. We still really like our cabinets. Part of my experience was a disaster. Some of that was on me and not reading the contract. The installer showed up on time once. After that he was always late and left a mess. Having said this, my kitchen is beautiful! The tile installer, Gilbert, was a perfectionist and created a work of art. He even got down on his hands and knees and mopped my floor afterwards. My sales rep Shushu was very responsive and made wonderful suggestions. Issues come up with every project but she addressed them immediately. read more

I ordered my vanity in April and they were kind enough to hold it until I was ready for install (which turned out to be 3 months later!). I did a custom modular vanity. It was the only place I was able to find a vanity to fit and in a finish I liked. I ended up here after going to next door to the now closed Modern Bath who had horrible service and ugly vanities. After shopping around more, I learned this definitely wasn't the cheapest vanity I could have found but I'm happy with it and their service. Well, after my installers' first attempt at putting my simple, 30" modular vanity together, we noticed the side panels came the wrong size and unfinished. They replaced them, only to realize they were the wrong finish (possibly another customers'). Get a second replacement and they drop off at my house and again, they're the wrong size and on top of that, badly damaged. A week later and I just got a call saying their rep is finally back from vacation. Sadly, I've since had to buy a different vanity to complete my project and I'm out the money for having to pay my installer to come out three separate times. read more

Last Fall we decided it was a good time to do a thorough upgrade of our 32 year old house. We wanted to replace the tile counters in the kitchen with granite or quartz and do something about the oak cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom that were really showing their age. We looked into refinishing the cabinets with lacquer and we looked into refacing the cabinets. There were quality issues with the refinishing approach and the cost to reface the cabinets was outrageous, especially considering that the same old dingy particle board interiors would still remain after the refacing. We began looking for other alternatives. We shopped for new cabinets at the big box stores, Lowe's and Home Depot because we thought that they were affordable, but the more we looked the more we were disappointed with the quality and the workmanship of their cabinet lines. That is when we went to Stone Deluxe. At Stone Deluxe we met Lezlie Lovett. We immediately developed a strong rapport with her. She introduced us to their line of Jarlin cabinets. Jarlin cabinets are ready to assemble (RTA) cabinets manufactured in China. We were immediately impressed with the quality of these cabinets. They are one hundred percent constructed of hardwood veneered plywood with solid wood face frames - NO PARTICLE BOARD! We chose the white Shaker style cabinets and began working with Lezlie to come up with a cabinet configuration. We provided her with sketches and dimensions and she built up a detailed quote for the cabinets and installation. When Lezlie submitted her cost proposal to us we were pleasantly surprised! For about the same price as particle board cabinets from the big box home improvement stores and less than the quote we received for refacing our old cabinets, we could install these far superior Jarlin cabinets! Lezlie then set up a tour of the Jarlin showroom where we were able to see more options and the cabinet hardware. There we learned that the HGTV Property Brothers have actually used Jarlin cabinets in two of their recent televised kitchen renovations. We placed our order with Stone Deluxe and they sent out their installer to take detailed measurements. On installation day everything went smoothly. The crew of four were all highly skilled and competent. Our design included custom modifications to some of the standard RTA cabinet components. Because the cabinets come in pieces and have to be assembled in the field it was no problem for the highly skilled crew to make the necessary modifications to the cabinet pieces before assembling the components. The result was a semi-custom look. The crew finished installing all of the kitchen cabinets and a new vanity in the bathroom all in one day. Only two crew members needed to come back the next day for a couple of hours for some fine tuning. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome! We needed countertops fast and Stone Deluxe was able to measure and install new quartz within a week. The countertop was chipped at the sink and there were a few marks we couldn't get out so we called Mary to have her look at them. Mary scheduled an appointment and then cancelled the day they were supposed to come out. She promised to make it right, but then stopped responding. We tried for weeks to contact the company and Mary but our calls and texts went unanswered. Finally after a few months and posting the initial review Mary had their restoration agent come work on the countertops. He told us how to remove the marks and tried to fix the chip. The repair is noticeable and Mary said she would replace the top. We have to leave it because the unit is rented and don't want to risk damaging the new backsplash. The counter tops look great other than the chip. They were also expensive, but worth it because they got to it so fast. Would be five stars if they would have fixed the problems without me having to post a negative review. read more

My fiance and I just completed a whole house remodel. We were at another store and saw Stone Deluxe on our way home. Beautiful showroom and excellent service. I chose a quartz that Shushu told me was too much for my size kitchen and found almost an exact match that saved us thousands! We did a waterfall counter and the pattern matches perfectly. We didn't buy right away but came back a month later, they remembered us and thanked us for returning. Shushu also designed my master bath. Installers arrived 1 day after our cabinet people. This is rare! Also, I read a review that pricing wasn't clear, Shushu was honest and upfront on costs. My house is old so when the bathroom counter top went in, the backsplash look uneven. I purchased back splash tile and they said someone would come out to verify that my measurement was right. That didn't happen. I thought the price I paid included the installation when it turns out they billed for that after the installation. Almost doubled the price.
