April 2024 - We talked to 3 different Contractors before going with Revive Renovations. We did a total remodel of a bathroom + non used attic style space(with sloped ceilings) into a complete updated Walk-in with laundry/dryer/utility sink/butcher block counter tops/built in cabinets/new tile floors and they did our backsplash in the kitchen at the same time. They also did some repair work on the main floor ceilings that had been hard on the eyes. Fil made us feel the most confident out of all the contractors we talked to and pointed things out to us that none of the others did. He had great solutions for issues we ran into along the way(100+ year old house), made up for some of the work done prior to us owning the house, and brought everything up to code. Excellent communicator, straightforward about everything he needed from us and the work he completed day to day. Always on time, efficient, and reliable. We are extremely happy with everything and the value of the space he provided will be appreciated by our family for many years. I will be going back to Revive Renovations for future projects. This company is top knotch. Fil came out and gave me an estimate for the total replacement of my deck. It was rotten, and I had fallen through it. I was afraid my two grandchildren would get hurt on it. So, I had multiple contractors come out and look. Fil was the only one who didn't try to BS me in any way. He was straightforward in his answers to my multitude of questions. After I accepted his estimate and he started the job, I was blown away by his level of professionalism. From start to finish, he was on point with everything. My deck is massive. It runs the entire length of the rear of my house (100 ft in length). That didn't phase Fil in the slightest. He ripped the entire old deck down and had it gone in a single day. He then leveled the ground and rebuilt me the most amazing deck with a gazebo built in. He even screened the gazebo for me. Fil was amazing! We already had a gotten a quote from another company that was way out of our price range. Fil came out, looked at our space, sat down with us to hear our must haves and wants and truly turned the project into our dream space. It was basically an efficiency apartment turned into amazing primary bedroom suite.
