I better check him out. I saw 3 other surgeons to inquire about the pain in my knee. I had 3 different views and I wanted his expert opinion. Well, he agreed with the 1st and 3rd surgeon, that they were onto the right diagnosis and he could take care of it. Dr. Garramone spent as much time as I needed, not rushed out the door after a few moments... unlike some of the other Drs.... just saying... I liked his precise analysis along with his suggestion to also use PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Therapy.. so I said yes to him and scheduled my surgery. I really liked the hospital he was at and I got all emotional when Sky Ridge sent me a get well postcard with everyones signature. I'm a big baby... anyway the hospital was efficient, quick and staff was excellent! My surgery recovery, can I say surgery recovery was Great? Sure, it hurt but I expect when you cut into somebody's body and do stuff to a bone, it's going to hurt! But, Every Day I Got Better! I even took pictures so I could be distant from the healing process and remember exactly what it looked like instead of relying on my memory. I'm currently 7 weeks out from the torn meniscus and a whole bunch of other stuff he did, but again, Every Day, I feel better. Yes, it feels better than it did before and I could tell that after 5 days! Would I recommend him, a big Yes - 5 Stars completely. Go for it!!! VJ

He explained about the necessity of the labrum and told me that`s why I was in such pain all the time. He did surgery on it, told all about the recovery time, what I could and could not do, and after the follow up visit suggested a Platelet-Rich Plasma injection, which I believe helped expidite my healing. I would highly recommend Dr Garramone. His office personnel are extremely attentive, answer any further questions and return calls immediately. Outstanding experience!!

It's hard to get excited about exercising when you have arthritis and a torn meniscus but these therapists really seem to know what will help, won't hurt and won't do more damage than good. My intake therapist took to time to explain aspects of the surgery that I didn't really get from the doctor - he speaks so fast and told me a lot of the stuff I needed to know but crammed it all into about 5 minutes. When I've completed the battery of exercises - they ICE my knees with large cooling packs that feel so good, I would go more often just for the cool down (haha.) My only complaint = the building has no signage and is not an easy address to find. Of course once you find it the first time then everything is cool, but I was 10 minutes late for my first appointment because GPS was confusing and inaccurate for this area. The receptionist took my credit card at check-in and collected my co-pay for each visit upfront. My credit card statement is my payment record of accurate payments. I also like that they are right in my back yard and I don't have to drive into Denver for care. This place is great.

Therapists are good but they are short staffed and are overbooked and too busy. My major complaint is the front office staff Gina the bookkeeper lacks professionalism, customer service skills and bookkeeping accuracy. Their Bookkeeper can't keep track of the payments you made or did'nt make regarding insurance co pays which Is unfortunate as I have made several large payments in the past that don't seem to have been documented. I was told when I went in for my last appt that I had to pay for 9 outstanding sessions back in August or I could not be seen. Why couldn't Gina have had the courtesy and professionalism to call and talk to me in order for us to discuss the situation instead of receiving an ultimatum? Wow I've always paid my copay when asked but this time I didn't feel their bookeeper Gina was right and now have to do my own reconciliation which is totally BS. Sorry I can't recommend this place due to how in the end I have to now prove I've paid! I was judged guilty and given an ultimatum without the courtesy of a phone call before arriving for my appt. Sorry this lacks total professionalism and customer service. Now I have to spend hours of my own time to figure out the situation that the bookkeeper can't seem to do. Thanks!

He had the most immediate opening which aligned with my timeline. Unfortunately he did have to inform me that I may need to look at hardware removal in the future, but I love a doctor who is transparent. His medical assistant Caley was also amazing. She checked my incisions and removed my stitches. While it was uncomfortable, it was still a great experience. They both have great bedside manners. Dr. Resig's timeline is different than the surgeon who did my surgery, as he will have me bear weight on my ankle sooner, but as daunting as it sounds, if I can get back on my feet sooner, I'll take it. My original timeline was non-weight bearing for the first 6 weeks, and this moves it up two weeks! I originally was going to go with a different doctor and office but their scheduler told me that they would want to see my X-rays, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to get it in time for that appointment so I looked elsewhere and I'm glad I did because I was stressing out about it. TL;DR I highly recommend OCC and Dr. Resig for your foot and ankle woes. The whole team there is awesome and so friendly.

It has taken me awhile to decide if I wanted to write a review, but still having complications 2…read moreyears later made me feel that a review should be left. Back in 2024 I came to Dr. Clymer with severe foot pain and a bone disorder in both of my feet. I was standing on my feet for long hours of my job and couldn't bear the pain any longer. After imaging, he told me I would need to have reconstructive surgery on my left foot as my condition was severe, and if I didn't get this done I may not be walking well in my 30s...this surgery was completed a few months after I turned 22 years old. He felt confident that him and his team could complete this surgery that I needed and did not disclose that this was more of an orthopedic complex surgery that should have been done by an orthopedic foot surgeon. He did massive reconstructive surgery to my left foot, putting metal in, a tendon transfer, and doing a joint fusion in my outer ankle with cadaver bone. I constantly complained of severe pain for months on end and was not able to advance in PT and get out of my boot. Well, that was because the cadaver bone that was put in wasn't fused to my bones with hardware during surgery and therefore my body rejected it and it did not take. Amongst all this pain, Dr. Clymer and his PT Julie, continued to tell me to push through and that the pain would get better and that I had no restrictions. I ended up slipping in the shower and developed severe pain that went on for several months while being ignored. At 7 months post op after complaining of this pain and no end in sight he finally ordered a CT scan. The CT confirmed a non-union in the joint fusion at 7 months post op to which he then ordered a bone stimulator which did nothing as the cadaver bone had nothing to grasp to. Overtime, the cadaver bone disintegrated and I could no longer walk without a boot. All of 2025 was spent in a walking boot which resulted in a second surgery with a different orthopedic surgeon in August of 2025, almost a year since my first surgery. The new surgeon had to redo my entire foot as my case was so severe and complex he had to get an additional team to help him look at my foot and decipher how to fix what Dr. Clymer had done. I put so much faith into Dr. Clymer and trusted him and his team and did not know any better at the time. To this day in April 2026 I am permanently disabled and worse off now than before the surgery all because this office didn't disclose they can't perform such an intense complex surgery and direct me to an orthopedic. This office could be good for ingrown toenails or orthotics but I highly suggest not getting surgery here as my surgery was not performed well, nor did it have a chance at success.

They had received xrays from the ER but did not redo any xrays at this visit. Dr. Koenig is very young and was not very specific on the treatment for a broken Humerus. I felt very uncomfortable so I scheduled a follow up appointment to specifically see Dr. John Xenos for proper diagnosis and treatment plan - this appointment was on April 13, 2023. When I got there they did do their own xrays in which the Xray Technician told me I had shatter my entire shoulder (I did not shatter my shoulder - it's called arthritis! Xray Technicians are never allow to tell you findings. When I was put into a room it was young Dr. Koenig again and he told me that Dr. Xenos will not be seeing me as he was out of town. I would of never reschedule an appointment a week later to see a Doctor that was an intern that I was not comfortable with. I have paid all my bills with CO Orthopaedic except for the last one that was on April 13, 2023 and I mentioned I was not going to pay for this incompetent visit. Dr. John Xenos is currently the sole surgeon in the practice. He just performed a total knee…read morereplacement of my right knee on December 4th, 2017. He did a TKR of my left knee last December. Everything and really the only thing I'm considering about this practice is how good the doctor is. As a Veteran I admire Dr. Xenos for serving our country in Iraq. As a person I find him human, approachable and pleasant. As a surgeon he's extremely skilled and follows his own good sense. That means he doesn't use a thigh tourniquet during surgery as he doesn't like the trauma that device causes the patient. Rather he handles each bleeder as they occur. That takes more time, but it also means your recovery and the pain you experience post surgery is much less difficult. He also is very cognizant that this is one of those surgeries that results in a lot of drug dependencies so he's not going to pass out pain killers like skittles. This second surgery is progressing much better than the first, which went well. The key thing this time is that I asked for prescription for a Breg Vista DVT Cold Therapy machine. Most insurance won't cover it, but unlike last time where it took over a month to get 6 or more solid hours or sleep I've been using this machine and have gotten a full nights sleep every night. The machine did cost me $350 but it was well worth it. There's only one reason I don't give Colorado Orthopaedics 5 stars, and that's his front office staff. I think they believe they're being professional but they actually seem distant, unsympathetic and unconcerned for you the patient. Yesterday I had my 2 week post op visit. I arrived 15 mins early, signed in and just waited and waited and waited. It was almost 45 mins later and after I asked for attention I was finally taken for Xrays. Then I was taken to an exam room where I waited some more and some more. Now I had to drive myself to there so I hadn't taken anything other than 2 tylenol and I was in pain, very uncomfortable and no one seemed concerned, except his Xray technician, lovely young lady, but she's leaving on maternity leave. Staff who I've talked with and dealt with for over a year can't even bother to say hi either. Anyway I finally saw the PA and she spent a grand total of about 10 mins looking and my images and checking my range of motion. By the time I left I had spent nearly 2 hours there for a grand total of about 15 mins with the staff. Dr. Xenos is great, but most of his staff are just miserable.
