This place is AWESOME! I've been twice now while visiting a friend in Fort Myers, and my boyfriend and I have had a blast! My friend is really talented, my boyfriend has gotten the hang of it, and then me on the other hand not so great. This just solidifies the fact that people of any skill set can enjoy a day out at the cable park. The staff is SUPER friendly and are very encouraging when it comes to teaching and cheering you on. I never felt intimidated or that people were going to laugh at me when it was my turn to ride. Everyone is helpful and will be there if you have any questions. The park offers the life jacket, helmet, and board as part of the fee. You pay by the hour (1, 2, 4, 6 or a seasonal pass), and the prices are reasonable. For the first time you go you get a first timers price, and it's definitely worth it! They also have knee boards and skis you can try out if you're not comfortable with the wake board. You would never know that this hidden cable park is a little gem tucked away in Fort Myers. This was my first time ever going to a cable Park and I had a blast. They gave a discount to me since it was my first time and I had to watch an instructional video on the safety and precautions when riding in the cable park. The rental of the helmet, lifevest, and beginner wakeboard was included in the price presented so I like that there was no hidden fees. When you first walk up you will drive into a parking lot that has a trailer where they will get you a wristband and any information you need to ride. If you have never wake boarded at a cable park this is a great place to start! Getting used to riding on the cable versus riding behind a boat is slightly different, but I would say the biggest thing is to make sure that you keep your arms tucked in a little bit more so it doesn't yank you as much when you go around the cable corners. I like that there were different obstacles to use in the park and that The workers and other riders there were happy to give tips of what to do when riding in a cable park. I went with three other people and we had a great time, very glad that they let me borrow their wakeboard that had boots on them or I would not have been able to go off of the jumps. I had a great time and went off of a couple jumps by the end of my two hour riding time. I feel like a two hour time is a good amount to get used to the water and to leave you dead tired by the end of it. I took a couple hard hits in the water so two hours was a good time for me. This is literally the best place ever. A hidden gem! I first learned to ride here and it became my second home. Never ever had a bad experience and have been going for a little over 7 years. The employees at this place are awesome! It was my very first time knee boarding. As a woman in my 40s it was a little intimating but the staff talked me into trying it. I'm glad I did, the only thing is it really sucks if you fall off your board 3/4 around the lake. It's a long swim and longer walk back to the beginning. The path is not smooth and the board was super heavy for me to carry - especially since I'm short and the board was almost as tall as me. Because of that, I only tried to knee board twice because it was too much to get the board back to the beginning of the course. I'm giving 4 stars because the employees rocked but I would of given less on my actual experience. I will have to find a course that will help you get back to the beginning so I can have more ride time experience vs dragging my board back. read more

Aug.26,2018 I went here. My first time. I was invited by a work buddy. Had a truly amazing time. Heart beats like crazy! Adrenaline rushes standing in line waiting for your turn watching others in front of you go. Right when the spot lights on you for your time to go, the rush runs through causing your heart to beat quickly and rapidly and thoughts cross your mind like are you sure you want to do this? Some new beginners fall when it yanks you of the dock, my first time I got standing up and got a good distance then fell. I eventually got better with practice. I kept going down the line but just could not figure out the first turn so my fall was always past the first floating buoys at the edge/curve because the line your holding onto that drags you around in the circular design on the cable releases some slack and then yanks your around the curve quickly again so I'd always fall because I'm still trying to figure out the comfortable position and tilting options to go around the curve. They do have obstacle there like ramps and all to grind on or go off of, but begins don't go through unless they are dare devils. Haha. You also have to sign wavers if something happens to you and that way the company will not be responsible for you if you were to do something stupid. They also have a safety video you watch before you go out. They have safety float vest with helmets and for beginners they have beginners boards like for example they have boards where you would slide your feet through like sandals. It's comfortable and good. I like the boards. This place is amazing awesome and truly remarkable. Very interesting too! Because this cable goes in a oval circular shape and they have like 6 or more slots for the rope + handles for the different opponents to go on. It's a great place and very fun. They have wake boards, knee boards and water skis. 100% A+ Some people are fun to watch they have some epic skills. Also for people not going in the water just wanting to watch they have seating on the side of the lake and also when players fall they have to swim to side and get out of lake and walk around to starting point. So walking a lot and swimming some. You will get exercise. Prices are depended on gear and hours. I spent $31.80 for 2hours. Not bad for 2 hours and renting gear and for a beginner. :) (P.S. your body will get a work out and some muscles might ache in pain from falling, yanking and swimming and all. "My shoulders, Neck, Back and Hips for example". I went Sunday and today is Tuesday and my body is getting a little better each day, plus I'm taking Advil for muscle pains that I have from it, and I'll probably be better by Thursday. But I probably have these pains in those areas because I probably have not used the muscles in those positions for the fun experience that I had and my first experience and workout type for wake boarding and all) read more

We had an amazing day at Revolution! My 12 year old son had a blast, and was up in no time, having never wakeboarded before. We were nervous he wouldn't catch on, but after great instruction and a few runs on the knee board, he was up on the wakeboard. All the equipment is available to rent, and the staff is really patient and helpful. Even the experienced riders were encouraging and offering tips, which helped immensely with his confidence. You could tell everyone there wanted everyone else to have the best experience possible. Very highly recommend this hidden gem! read more

Someone recommended I check out Revo when I was learning to kite surf so I could work on my wakeboarding skills. From the first day (over 3 years ago), I was hooked! The lake is gorgeous and the staff is very helpful. The lines are never too long and the pricing is very fair... especially for first timers! They have a 2-hour deal that includes all of the required gear (life jacket, helmet, board). I have not found a better way to exercise in a fun way! I never went back to kite boarding, but I go to Revolution once or twice a week! Although I mostly go by myself, everyone is so friendly, I always have a good time. It can get a bit frustrating at times when you are trying something new, but all of the riders (amateur and pro) are always trying something new so don't be self-conscious if you fall... everyone does it! We visited Revolution Cable Park a couple of weeks ago while in town for a wedding. When you're driving there, you go through a bit of an industrial section, which leads you to believe you're in the wrong area, but just look for the park signs and small trailer. This cable park is definitely the most 'low budget' looking park that we've ever been to, but it was uncrowded on a Saturday afternoon, which we loved! There were bathrooms in the trailer and plenty of chairs, tables, and a covered area for spectators, so I was a happy camper. My husband was able to jump in the lake right away and, unlike anywhere else we've ever been, he never had to wait in line since it wasn't crowded. All the employees and patrons were all respectful and friendly towards us and the prices were less than most other parks. We would definitely return next time we're in the area! read more

5 Star Review,My first time going and I am 23 years old. Was a little nervous due to an injury I had on my ankle. Although when I arrived the staff was very helpful(FYI, if it is your first time definitely buy the training trust me it's worth it).I purchased 4hrs and by 2 hrs my arms and back were tired.Definitely coming back for sure.Also I took my girlfriend and she had a blast as well,even know we both ate the water multiple times from not knowing what to do at the beginning we always came up smiling.If I can provide any tips: 1st sunscreen,2nd bring water and cooler,3rd they have the basic equipment and upgraded equipment. The basic equipment is for beginners,comes with knee boards,water skis,and wake boards(beginner board-no ramps allowed). Then if you do well on the basic equipment you can upgrade to the wakeboards that have boots-which you can then hit the ramps. Overall a good time and I will be returning. read more

Was elated to find such a fun cable park so close to my home in FT. Myers. It's eco friendly, has helpful staff and is awesome for all ages and skill levels. Cable parks are definitely the way to learn wake-boarding your first time because getting yanked up by a boat can be pretty brutal. The staff and fellow riders alike are friendly and want to see you succeed at sending it!! They also have an AMAZING FIRST TIME DEAL, 30$ gets you 2 whole hours of ride time with a wide variety of different boards and options. Amazing facility! Great environmental stewardship while creating a challenging and supportive place to train in an active water sport. Wish something like this existed near my home. The site makes use of a cable tow system to move wakeboarders through a course with no boats or exhaust producing systems necessary. The facility can serve somewhere between 30-50 users at once. They also share site with jet board folks making it a very unique site with excellent expertise and professionalism. Love water sports? Love adrenaline rushes? You'll love it here! read more

I have always had a great time at the park. It's the thing I wait for the entire week to get to :) . Friendly staff that does a great job. I learnt wakeboarding at Revolution. It's a really a place for beginners to advanced - everyone. Staff members are very helpful in helping you get the hang of the sport and very patient with beginners.
