I've inquiry with different yoga studio in Fullerton, La Habra, Whittier, Diamond Bar etc. Through good friend's recommendation, I found Sarah in Violet Yoga. We formed a private group lesson with Sarah for 3 of our friends who has The same age; With different individual needs and limitations, Sarah has been a very good instructor who gave us lots of encouragements and patients; And she also pamper while we were not able to perform the posts, it's very important for us to consist and insist in the classes which are good for both of our health and mind; Furthermore, her hard working and motivation really give us a very good energy and impress us a lot! Violet Yoga is the place where you should try and can't afford to miss. This is one of the best thing that I have done for myself and friends for the year of 2018 and we truly believe, we will continue with her classes. Even though TAG is primarily a yoga studio, their dance offerings are top-tier. The Instructor: Sarah is an incredible dancer and an even better teacher. She's super supportive and broke down the choreography so it was actually easy to follow. I never felt lost! The Space: This is easily one of the most beautiful studios I've ever stepped foot in. They can give you as much or as little instruction depending on what you like. I personally tell them to correct me as much as possible. I've been going now for almost a year and I have to say I finally tried all of the classes. Hot 26x2 , 90 min or 60 min is wonderful, and several instructors teach it and its nice because they all have a different style. The Pilates is new to me, and more challenging than I thought. I last tired the HIIT class, and OMY, that was challenging both because of the actual exercises and the heat! Tip: If you need a locker or shower they have it. Parking is never an issue and the teachers are flexible if you need to leave a bit early. So great to live near this community and to be able to have a studio in it! I am loving it!

You can grab 2 yoga mats to make it more cushioned. The class itself was ok, I'm new to yoga so some of the exercises were hard esp holding the position with your abs. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

She was a really good instructor, and went over all the moves numerous times before moving on to the next set. I had a lot of fun, despite feeling old from being surrounded by teenagers. There are no mirrors on the walls however - I wish they had them because then I can see if my form is correct. It's located in the center of a shopping center, with the door facing off to the side, so it's a bit tricky to find. It took me a while to locate it the first time I went. There's plenty of parking available, and Tierra Mia is at the end of the shopping center, so you can get yourself a treat after class like I did!
