This is no Hyperbole - J&J is only laundromat that I've ever been to where I've felt like I was actually in a clean environment. It's a clean clean laundromat with pleasant staff. They periodically clean and whip down the equipment. There's a play area for children, vending machines, TVs, ect. They also provide services for you to drop your clothes off and have them take care of everything for you (though I've never used it). The only negative about J&J is that one could say that it's expensive. However, for the peace of mind you have here, I think that is well worth it. read more

So I would actually give the overall business a 5* except for the bitter older Hispanic lady that works there is always so rude to me ; all because a child stole my child's toy and I snatched it back. Since then she has been so unpleasant to deal with I avoid going; for example I have seen one woman on a regular basis bring her dog in with her in stroller (for over a year now) same woman working smiles and talks to said woman with nothing about the dog. BUUUUT today(12/7/23)1:11pm I walk in SHE WATCHES ME PUT MY DOG IN THE STROLLER INSIDE THE BUSINESS WITHOUTA WORD! then when I'm done loading my clothes and am getting quarters she snaps "you can't bring that dog in here" with a rude look on her face. I mention that someone else brings her dog in with the stroller with no problem, and she simply says well you can't bring your dog in. There is no sign saying no dogs allowed. There is a sign saying no soliciting or loitering but nothing about a dog and it's not like my dog was running around. She was in a stroller. I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere because she is consistently nothing but rude. read more

I used to take my laundry here to be serviced every Tuesday, unfortunately the last five times multiple items of clothing came back with bleach stains. However, since most of my clothes are not brand new it was hard to tell if the accident was on my part or J&J. The final straw was after purchasing brand new (emerald green) bath towels. Never used immediately sent to be washed the day after purchasing, and they came back with bleach stains. When I called and complained their answer was to have me go through and try to find every single I really wanted to love this place because it looks so clean, but the owner is filled with apologies and NO resolutions. read more

Best wash & fold, and nicest laundromat in town; wish they had made them like this when I was a kid! Sweet staff too

staff is rude and racist. told me he was going to charge me more because I looked like I could pay it, which I'm assuming is because of my race because I didn't have any jewelry or nice clothes on. then the lady that works there wouldn't let me use the restroom one time because I wasn't currently washing, even though she clearly knew who I was and has seen my daughter and I regularly go there to wash clothes and get the bundle service. read more

Love this place! I recently moved to the Dalas area and was looking for a wash and dry place. I was lucky to find this place on Yelp and it has exceeded my expectations. I drop off my laundry and run errands, I usually receive a text or phone call when my stuff is ready. My clothes is always very clean and nicely folded when I pick up. I can't explain how great this laundromat is. It's extremely well kept together. The lady that is working today, Jasmine, is phenomenal. Great customer service, when I pulled into a parking spot out front she immediately came out with a cart! I have never seen in my years someone that helpful at a laundromat! I even thought she was waiting on someone else, it caught me off guard. My soap fell from my cart and spilled by the front entrance but, Jasmine cleaned it up fast and Jay offered me more detergent. They,re very sweet. I was offered a cold bottle of water which was very nice and I haven't even got to explain how clean it is inside. Jay, the owner did a outstanding job opening up this place 8 months ago. They go around and make sure everything is working correctly and fix the problems right away, which is rarely because everything is kept together. There is plenty of washers ranging from $1.75 to $7.75. It's very quite when the machines run; washes and dryers. The dryers here are .25¢ each cycle. If you bring your kids there is a Kids Area with a bookshelf of kids books, a TV, tables for kids and candy dispensers. There is also 3 vending machines one that have fabric softeners, dryer sheets, stuff for laundry; the other two are snacks and soft drinks. I'll also show a picture of there weekly specials as well. I love how they have a picnic table and some arcade games to play. I hope this is helpful for you guys to get the inside scoop of J&J Wash and Dry! This is the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen in my whole life! The attendant was very nice and even gave us bottles of water. They have TVs, a little arcade, and an area for kids. They have restrooms and a vending machine with laundry products you may need. The price for the washing machines is a little bit higher than some (not as nice) places, but I'm willing to pay for the more upscale facility. read more

I used to come here every week. However this is the 3rd week in a row that I've had an issue with my clothes. The male attendant named Miguel, has repeatedly failed to properly clean my clothes. For 3 weeks in a row there has been an issue. The 1st time I told him to please put dryer sheets in when drying my clothes, when I got my clothes back they barely smelled like they've been washed, but definitely no dryer sheets. The 2nd time(last week) I found a blue crayon in my clothes, which I showed to Miguel today and all he did was shrug in a "I don't know what to say" kinda way, when I suggested he make sure the appliances were clean before use, he assured me they were. Then today when I told Miguel to once again to put dryer sheets in with my laundry, which I repeated for clarity and was disappointed when I received my clothes and no dryer sheets were used. Miguel seems to have an issue following instructions. I spoke to him an detailed my issues clearly, so I shouldn't have the same issue every week. There are several wash&drys in the area, after 2 years it may be time to try another, this place is not what is used to be. read more

Quite Simply Put, this is the place to come to for laundry. They are extremely friendly, their facilities are insanely clean. I've been to every other laundromat in the area and none of them can compete. Their prices are great, even their vending machine prices are awesome. Not only is this place clean, they have friendly and helpful staff that greet with a smile. The machines are clean and inexpensive. There is a children's corner with free family friendly movies, games and books. A very clean and maintained bathroom. 2 massage chairs for those who are more adventurous plus several electronic games. They have have multiple TVs with different shows including multiple languages.
