The only reason I give this a one star is because it's convenient for 24 hours. The washers haven't been cleaned in long time, mold and build up is all in the washers they stink like mold. Half the dryera don't work. THERE IS NO HOT WATER in the washers!!! Homeless people camping out all night makes it very unsafe to be alone in there. read more

My dryer knob broke at home so I had to make a trip to dry some clothes. I came during my lunch break and there was no one inside. I put a load in the washer ($2.75 smaller one since I didn't have much) and put another load in the dryer (free!). I was surprised about the free dryers but thankful. While they were washing/drying, I went to the store to run some errands. I came back & put the load in the dryer & folded the rest. I haven't been to a laundromat in many years but thankful this one was nearby and was pretty clean. They had a tv inside playing soap operas, the coin machine worked fine, and the bathroom was clean. I had no issues with the machines. read more

Racist as hell!!! The manager/owner told me I didn't use their washer so I had to pay to dry and he saw me on camera. I still had a loaded washing at the time, after I had a calling match with him he finally saw me changing over my second load and told me I shouldn't use my own basket so that wouldn't happen again read more

Needs to be cleaner but it is open 24hours and free dryers. The washers are about $3-$6 but like I said the dryers are free! I know what you're thinking "the dryers suck right"? No, they really don't! They work great! read more

This is a laundromat open 24 hours. The machines ALL WORK and the community is polite and quiet. I do kinda wish I could turn off or turn down the super loud telemundo. Mostly bc it's a game show and those are obnoxious regardless of language. Overall it's the nicest public place to do laundry for at least a 10 Mile radius. read more

I love these folks - recently widowed, sold my washer and dryer, they offer wash and fold for $0.75 per pound ! ! ! I'm an easy customer - I drop off in the morning and I pick up the following afternoon (not same day) and it's always ready. At first the ladies said "Si, today" but I know manana is better so now they know I'm low maintenance and my wash and fold is always ready manana. I pay up front and put some paper $$ in the tip jar - the ladies like me. Treat people right and you will get good service. read more

This place is open 24 hours! It is a sketchy part of Richardson - but aside from a load of 30 towels being stolen while i was on a jack in the box run, relatively safe. Machines are always clean, well maintained and never breakdown. The coin changer is always fully loaded and operable. Has never cheated me one coin out of hundreds of loads i have done here. read more

Wi fi free but can't connect. Keeps saying obtaining address and won't connect. Don't waste your time will drain your battery! Filthy stinky bathroom..worse I've seen at a laundromat in a long time. Needs cleaned up and painted! Good news open 24-7 so I can do laundry on my way to work! I sat in my car the whole time and set my alarm so I knew when the wash was done. I won't be back here. In a sketchy part of Richardson but isn't so much a deterrent. It was the fact that at 11 pm there were no available machines AND as soon as you walked in the floor was completely flooded with water (am suspecting a machine malfunctioned?) and rather than cleaning up the water the person running said establishment just stood there laughing and said "be careful". Kinda gross to me. I chose not to wait. Walked right back out and will find a cleaner facility that isn't a hazzard. read more

For a laundromat it was nice. Not squeaky clean, but clean. Quiet in the morning, and the price wasn't bad. Clothes washed well, dryer took kinda long but it was cheap enough to keep drying. All in all, good! Tv's, wheeled baskets, soap, video games, coke machine, and a bathroom. A few seats. Folding tables. read more
