The ladies in the store were very helpful, professional, friendly, and accommodating. They had a wide range of clothing in all different sizes neatly arranged. I also loved the designer handbags plan to go back and maybe get me one or two to go with my collection They had furniture as well in the store, seemingly high-quality everything in the store was very nice quality. Further back in the store, they had a few items that may have been there a little long because they did have that old pungent smell. Which stands to reason that they might. They also had a counter where there was jewelry in the front and also in the back of the store. The prices I thought were very good. The skirts that I purchased were $19 so I'm very happy with that. They were very stylish. I've already worn two of them. I'm looking forward to going back. I live a little ways away, but I think it would be worth the drive. What I really liked about the store was that there was a variety of workers from young to middle age to more mature ladies, and a diversity of ladies and cultures that really impressed me. And thank goodness no one followed you around the store as though you wanted to kleptomaniac something that would have been just annoying.

"My associates said you were putting clothes back." I looked at her blankly. "They said you took some and were putting them back in the shoes section." "I apologize, ma'am, I do not know what you are talking about," I answered in the most polite voice, even though I was getting increasingly frustrated. "They saw you. Take clothes and put them by the shoes." At this point, I was ready to leave. If this was how they were treating customers, I was not about to beg to be let into the fitting room, let alone give them my business. "I do not know what you are talking about, How about we go to the shoes and you can show me? I did not put anything there, only the clothes I have in my hands." "No. They took them away", she replies. Silence. "I am going to have you ask you to leave," she says. I don't even care anymore. Frankly, I am not sure whether I am more puzzled by how this confusion has taken place or more shocked that they have the audacity to treat a customer like this with no grounds. She did not even try to communicate with me with kindness. She was accusatory, told me to leave, and that was that. I left. Never plan to return. Good riddance. Highly not recommended. Zero stars!

Before selling you need to sign up through their system and create an account which is super easy. I came on a weekday so they weren't too busy and after 30min they gave me my offer. They seemed to be a more trendy type of shop and a lot of my clothes was a little more formal for their style so they didn't buy a lot from what I brought (I think they are more tailored to GenZ just FYI). I did browse through their store a little bit but frankly their clothes was not my style and they did not have a lot of XS or small petite clothing. One thing do worth noting is that they have a huge selection for guys, and saw some pretty cool vintage stuff for men.
