I had the chance to hold some and one kept jumping on me as I was laying down lol They felt the size of some newborn babies lol They were a nice distraction during the 1 hr yoga. The keepers of the goats cared for them really well. The only criticism is that the instructor did too many positions with downward dog and it really killed my wrists! The atmosphere was great and the staff, including the owner Marquita, were helpful, positive, and encouraging. The location is a little tricky to find as it is behind a restaurant. Once inside, the space is inviting, clean, and spacious. I love the idea of incorporating social events with workouts as that is an important part of my wellness (it has to be FUN!). My favorite class was Buti Yoga! I'm glad I was introduced to it as well as the teacher Vonetta. I'm looking forward to my next class with Social Fit Wellness!!

My goal was to try some form of exercise. This place was super chill and non overbearing which is important to me! Also, I was worried these classes wouldn't challenge me but boy was I wrong! After my first 50 minute class, I felt energized for the day. The next day I actually felt sore which makes me think I'm doing something right! The instructor, Savannah was really chill & motivating.
