Revolve has some incredibly nice designs, so we keep returning, however you need to know what you're getting into. Our 7 month old kitchen chairs loosened themselves enough that I tipped one over to look at it and the leg fell off. Three of my 6 chairs are really wobbly loose. We also bought three lily counter stools which arrived missing some screws, had non matching screws, and one stool was missing its plastic foot plugs to save my hardwood. Revolve immediately sent me those feet at no charge as they should and I replaced the countersunk fasteners. It's incredible I've fully come to expect this lack of quality and we keep shopping there for the style. Good thing I'm an engineer who can fix their expensive junk for them. For the price you pay, I expect a little more attention to detail. Using threadlocker glue, a torque wrench, and the correct length of fasteners would have made these products actually worth their cost and hold their value. read more

I have a number of pieces from Revolve and Love them all. And they are locally owned and operated, which is always a bonus in my mind. We have a table that folds from a side table into a full 6 person table. Which is perfect for us. We also have a gorgeous circular coffee table, that is made of recycled wood and spins from coffee table height to above couch height. Which goes perfectly with our gorgeous couch that we also got from them. As well we have a beautiful custom designed chair that is comfortable and stylish. All the pieces have held up beautifully against hard wear and tear (5 kids!) And I can't forget the designers who were amazing. Stephanie walked me through all my options and gave some great suggestions, Leslie was a great help too. Both have just the most amazing personalities. Basically every sales person that I've had the pleasure of talking to has been polite and very helpful. Overall I'll continue to buy pieces from them and am very happy with every purchase, person and delivery. read more

We bought a leather couch from Revolve and within a year one of the seat cushions had complete sunk. I contacted Revolve and was told they would contact the manufacturer to get a new cushion. Well it's been almost a year and we have not received any resolution. I've asked the manager to contact me and nothing. Have purchased a number of pieces from Revolve. Our last purchase was a king bed. We had the bed delivered and there was an issue in the the manufacturing process where the middle brace was incorrectly aligned. We had just moved into our house and intended to sleep on the bed that night (Sunday). We called Revolve and they said they would look into it. The owner of Revolve, Jeff came out himself within 45 minutes on a Sunday with a screw driver and fixed the middle brace and even helped us put the remaining slats on and lay the mattress down. The Worst!! I have bought a few things from revolve because I liked the style but have reached the absolute end. About a year ago ago bought the Lola sofa which the sales consultant absolutely recommended. He convinced us a special order fabric was the way to go and advised on the fabric we finally picked. It arrived and was absolutely horrible. Looked great and all but so scratchy, uncomfortable and threads coming out everywhere. What's worse is we bought insurance in case of damage but tough luck. We called on a number of occasions to deal with the fabric but nether the store or the manufacturer would do anything, and the insurance is a dud (major hoops getting no where) Don't waste $2600 on a sofa like we did. BUYER BEWARE!! Now we have a sofa cover like a couple of old fools...fools is right. read more

Everybody is nice till the sale. Me and my fiancé recently purchased a bed frame from here. It broke on our first night simply sleeping on it. When I went to revolve with the problem, not only did they do nothing to solve the issue, they accused me of wrong installation (see other reviews, I'm not the first in this situation). The bed has a very cheap wood middle support beam and cant take the weight and thus needs to support legs under it. These legs are so skinny that if the bed shifts even a millimeter the legs no longer are perpendicular to the ground and they snap under weight. When I brought this to their attention, they told me to make sure the bed didn't shift or move at all, not even a little, knowing full well we have the frame on a hardwood floor. When I said, you are making me treat this bed like a glass vase, kids are support to be able to jump on to their beds and the frame should hold (no kid actually jumped on this bed), please help me solve the issue with the bed, they replied with the following: "Kids are NOT supposed to be able to jump on beds!!!!!! They are not meant to be pushed around and they are not even intended for sitting - they are meant for sleeping on. If you use your bed for anything other than sleeping it may indeed break but that will not be a manufacturer warranty issue." The above reply was from Valerie who was assigned to our case. As you can see from this and other similar reviews, she is extremely rude and unsympathetic to your issues and no matter what, its your fault. In the end, I fixed the bed myself with a 20$ metal middle support beam from ikea. I wish I had taken the reviews of this place more seriously. if you buy a bed frame from Revolve Furnishings, you are buying a museum bed. No kids, no moving, and absolutely no sitting! read more

Initially loved the store because of their great modern design but this sentiment did not last long. Do not buy fabric sofas from them. Looks pretty on the outside but poor quality. We bought a fabric sectional and in a few months, the stitchings on the tufted cushions became so stretched out that the sofa looked so tacky. They replaced with another sectional of our choice. Paid the difference as the new sectional we chose was more expensive. The 2nd sectional's fabric started piling after a few months. Was told by them to use a fabric shaver which should solve the piling but it didn't. The piling was too much that you wouldn't want to sit on it because the fabric was too rough against the skin. I was done dealing with them so I asked for a refund but they refused. Piling was not covered by manufacturer's warranty. They recommended I sell my sofa on Kjiji if I were not happy. Wow thanks for the advice. They asked me if I were interested in another product and they might arrange something for me. Went to the store and was finally going with their "smart" fabric. They said they were gonna follow up with me the next day because they needed approval from their manager. Didn't hear from them for 2 weeks so I followed up only to find out manager declined. Total waste of time and now stuck with an expensive and uncomfortable sectional. read more

It's my fault for believing that spending $3000 on a sectional from this store meant it would be a solid buy. It's my fault for believing that in spite of the short warranty period, it's not actually something to worry about because; "quality" products... When I tried to talk to the customer service dept, I was met with indifference and reference to the terms and conditions I agreed to (to my own demise). My couch is disintegrating. It's been just under 5 years. But, instead of even showing any interest in bettering their reputation, as the other yelp reviews have illustrated; they are more interested in transferring blame and/or straight up shaming their customers for not knowing their products can't ACTUALLY be used for their purpose. Here's a big hint Revolve - if you want to compare your furniture to an exotic sports car, you have to realize the fault in your analogy - a sports car drives when you press on the gas pedal. Revolve sells cheap low quality furniture. We bought a dining table and chairs. The chairs literally fell apart within a year. The salesperson assured us that the table was solid wood but it obvious isn't as the veneer started bubbling after a few months. When we complained the manager asked what we expected for something so cheap and that there was nothing they could do. If you shop at Revolve, you will regret your purchase and wish you'd either spent a quarter as much for furniture you'd assemble yourself or saved your pennies until you could afford something decent. If I could give less than one star I would... After shopping at about 20 furniture stores for a leather sectional, I finally found one that I liked the look of at revolve. The floor model was a sofa. I saved up for 3 months to pay it outright instead of doing their high interest payment plan option. I finally went in to put a deposit down and order the couch, 4 months waiting period to have it shipped from China... First off why am I paying $4000 for a luxury sectional that's manufactured and shipped from china... Went ahead and put the $2000 deposit down anyway. To my dismay, 2 weeks after doing this I got a call from the sales representative there saying she mixed up the stats for a different couch. The one I ordered apparently didn't come in a sectional. At this point I was irritated but I went in to see if anything else caught my eye but nothing so I asked for my deposit back. We went to refund it back onto my debit card only to have it declined... The manager came over and said they couldn't refund debit as their machine wasn't set up to do that, however she could cut me a cheque (no big deal to me) after I agreed to do that she then told me It would take 2 business days to cut said cheque... THIS WAS FRIDAY EVENING!!! Therefore I wouldn't be able to get the cheque till Monday evening sometime but she will "call me" when it's ready as I have I drive all the way from the north west and she doesn't want me to waste the trip. I've had literally nothing but disappointment from the start from this place. I'd advise anyone to not shop here as I now have to wait for 3-4 days to get my money back so I can go buy a couch elsewhere. LIVID!!! read more

Very poor quality furniture. I have been buying at Revolve for years and finally decided that the quality of their products is so bad, that I will pay an additional 30% to other companies like Bondars for higher quality furniture. The amount of time that I recently spent trying to get a chair fixed (with a manufacturers defect) far exceeded my "savings" by shopping here. I highly recommend putting your money into a company that provides fair warranties and products that are built to last more than one yr. Really surprised by all these negative reviews. Prices are high but over the years I've had pretty good luck. Bought a sofa with movable arms, in leather, in 2009 and it's like new, I love it. Bought a leather recliner in 2011 because recliners are so comfortable but are usually ugly. This is the nicest looking, most stream-lined one I've ever seen. Had an issue with the hydraulics and everything was covered by warranty without any questions. They picked it up, repaired it and delivered it back and everyone I dealt with was really nice. Still comfortable and getting compliments today. Late last year I bought a gorgeous contemporary rocker and it's in perfect shape. Never had to assemble any of these. Delivery guys were nice for the 2 big ones and I remember the warehouse girl on the smaller one was especially good. For the two large pieces I happened to buy things that were in-stock but for the small piece I only had to wait 3 or 4 weeks. 12 weeks is pretty standard for any custom work in the industry. They aren't perfect -- staff is of variable quality and they can be snooty if they think you can't afford the good stuff -- but I will certainly go back. In fact, I saw some dining room chairs on sale that I plan to look at today. read more

I tried to refuse the delivery as the bottom of the sectional was damaged, then the sales person phoned me to accept the delivery then he will exchange the damaged part to a new one. After I accepted the delivery, another person phoned me and told me it is my responsibility to take the damaged part of the sectional to their warehouse to exchange it even it was damaged by the time I received it. Now they said they are going to send someone to come and repair it. Sooooo disappointed!!! read more

The customer service is initially great when you walk into the store. The staff offers to create a floor plan of the room you are furnishing. From there they will pressure you into purchasing new items from the entire room, after all they have just spent a half hour playing interior designer. After agreeing to the majority of the furniture ask them when you will receive it. On average it takes 4 - 6 months for any piece of furniture. They will offer to sell you used floor furniture at the same price with no discounts. Delivery is extra, if you want them to assemble your IKEA-esque furniture that will be about an additional $189.00. Ask them about their furniture insurance if you want to see some interesting terms and conditions. If you are really lucky and spend over $3000 they will offer you a 5% "designer" discount. Would I go there again, probably not. If I want that kind of sales pressure I will shop at the Brick. If I want that level of furniture quality I will shop at IKEA and save at least 50%. If I want those wait times I'll shop on-line. read more

I've read all the terrible reviews and I'm a little taken aback. Maybe because my sales person, Connie, was very knowledgable , and just all around helpful. Her customer service alone will get me back to Revolve. She knew what couches came in what color, where they were getting shipped from, how long it would take to ship, and this all off the top of her head. She would walk around with us trying to help us find pieces that would go together. We all know that most people in sales work on commission, but Connie never made us feel like we were just another commission. Should you go into Revolve and see something you like, ask for Connie. Or better yet call and ask when she's going to be there. That's what I did when I went back to buy more furniture. read more

In reading the reviews, I unfortunately would have to a agree with most of the comments after my own experience with this store. The salesperson was great however the quality of furniture and service was less than I would hope, especially given the prices. In a nutshell, custom sofa - took 4 months but when received it was defective. Revolve did provide me with very limited options to resolve and ultimately I am basically satisfied with the sofa I have now but would have appreciated more options in the resolution....my money back would have been the most fair. I had to wait another 3 months for the replacement sofa however in fairness they did provide me with a loner loveseat. Then to add insult to injury they called me months later when the trucking company lost the defective sofa and basically asked me if I still had it which seemed a little like an accusation that I stole it. Also purchased dining table and 6 chairs. The chairs ($300 each when I could have bought similar elsewhere for $100 each...and certainly wish I had) are varying heights and angles on the backs. After having to be my own lawyer to get the sofa issues resolved and more than 3 attempts to get the chair issues resolved, I just couldn't cope with it all anymore and gave up. I just did my best to arrange them around the table to make the differences less noticeable. All in all I do not feel like the quality is consistent with the prices. More upsetting though was the way I was treated by the customer service dept. and how very cumbersome they made the experience. We purchased the Eastside sofa and two chairs, they look wonderful in our living room. There was a bit of a mishap with the chairs but Revolve came thru with their wonderful customer service. Thank you to our wonderful designer Marilyn for her help in choosing the fabric for the furniture and her advice on our purchase of our new beautiful coffee table and end tables. With Marilyn's assistance I also chose a shag rug that compliments the furniture and the living area. We suspected that they gave us the floor model since we didn't see the display on the floor thereafter. Of course, we decided to return it, but they didn't allow us to do so. They were full of lies. This is the WORST company to deal with. I ordered a table in May they told me it would take 3-6 weeks to deliver and after 3 months of waiting I called them and was told it would arrive in another month. A month passed and I again called them and they told me it would be another 3 weeks. They offered me a 5% discount for my troubles. I wanted to just cancel my order since I donot think it is reasonable to wait over 4 months to receive an order. I spoke with Valerie in Customer Service Relations there and she was very rude to me and told me that she would not cancel my order and that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee if I cancelled and reminded me that I had responsibility as I had signed a waiver. WOW! I cancelled my order and took the 25% hit I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY AGAIN. read more

Bought two nightstands from revolve one came damaged beyond repair. They had me sign a shipping agreement that stated that i had to inspect the boxes they arrived in, which looked perfectly fine. Got home opened one up and it was broken. Revolve asked if I had opened the box at the shipping company. Because that apparently means open box pull out furniture and inspect, so it can slide around in the back of the truck until I get home. I guess the little guy gets it in the end again, as long as the big companies get their money thats all that matters. Piss off enough people and hopefully sales go down and you have to close your doors. Thanks revolve. I'm glad it wasn't a bunch of money i lost to your corporate slime. read more

I have had nothing but problems with revolve since day one. If you are from out of town don't even consider buying from here. I live in Fort McMurray, I had ordered a kitchen table with 6 kitchen chairs, a sectional sofa, a coffee and a end table. I was set to have my delivery ready for pick up at the third party warehouse for Sat. All I received were my 6 kitchen chairs. I couldn't get a hold of anyone because it was the weekend. Monday comes, I make a phone call and they swear up and down it should be at the warehouse in Fort Mac. I get a phone call back a little later stating that there warehouse personnel made a mistake and only sent my chairs. Whatever shit happens. Now the rest of my order is set to arrive on Thurs. I have a delivery company picking it up from the warehouse here in Fort Mac, but to my disappointment the sectional sofa will not fit down my stairs. I phone Revolve to ask if returning is was an option and they told me no, when it clearly states on the website 24 hrs return. I was told its different because I live out of town. So now here I am stuck with a $2000 sectional sofa. On top of all this I put my kitchen chairs together, 1 of them is defective, okay fine it happens. I receive a email stating that they won't have any of the chairs in my color until mid June or July, 3 -4 months away. I haven't even been offered no compensation in this. In fact, I had the sales rep that sold me the stuff call me and tell me that it is really unfortunate that my sectional won't fit downstairs. Maybe I can take some measurements and she can do some more searhing for me. AHhhhhh. NO THANK YOU!!! Don't waste you time or money here!!!! read more

I purchase a chair from this company and when I got it home I noticed that the fabric was lose on the chair and the arm. I called the store where I purchased it and they said that it would take 17 weeks for a new chair to come in. After waiting for 20 weeks they email me, dont call, to let me know the chair has arrived. After waiting 20 weeks for the arrival of the new chair, I find out the new chair is in worse shape than the original. I decided to keep the original and they gave me 50% off of the original price paid. They said that the refund cheque would be ready for pickup when I returned the chair to the warehouse... guess what! It wasn't! They mailed me a refund cheque, which took 3 weeks to arrive. The cheque was short by $0.01 despite saying they would credit me the extra cent because they don't know how to round math properly. I realize it's only one cent, but it was the principle of the matter and they said they would credit me the difference. I will NEVER purchase another thing from this company. They sell overpriced crap! Don't waste your time or money. Save yourself the disappointment... go somewhere else. read more

If I could provide a negative star, I most certainly would!! My experience was so bad, you can't even make this up; I purchased a side sofa table from them. It unfortunately didn't fit in my living room, so I returned it the very next day (they have a horrific 24 hour return policy, otherwise you're charged a 25% stocking fee). I returned it to their showroom, and the girl told me I had to return it to their warehouse, and exact words, "don't worry, they have a debit machine at the warehouse as well" (as I paid via my debit card). I hauled the table back into my car and went to their warehouse. Here's where it gets exciting: the guy at reception told me they cannot credit back to my debit card (with a debit machine sitting on their front counter :) ...they can only write a check. "Who on earth writes checks for refunds"?, I asked. The guy at reception was polite, and before he could respond, some young girl working next to him chimes in smugly and states, "we do". WOW, talk about zero customer service skills!! Here's where it gets even more exciting :) I said ok, give me my check. I was then told they cannot provide checks on the spot - I can return to pick up the check, or they would mail it to me. WOW!! ..so Revolve will happily take your money ASAP, ...but heaven forbid if you return something, they'll make you jump through hoops to get your money back! I opted for the incredibly friendly customer service option of picking up my check. I returned the next day, ...they handed me a check. I opened it in my car, and it was for someone else :) ...went back inside, returned the wrong check and they gave me mine. ...then had to go to my bank and deposit it. All over a $300 table!! BE WARNED if you purchase form Revolve using your Debit Card and you need to return anything!! This company really needs to analyse their refunds process and train their employees in customer service etiquette. They've lost my business, ..and word like this spreads quickly! We just yesterday been contacted by insurance who seem completely reasonable, this is where it should have gone in the first place, as a business with insurance it is not your job nor mine to judge the cost of the damage, just that the damage was in fact done, that is why we use professional contractors for quotes. The problem here was not the in-store experience or the product itself, it was completely, 100% related to the response from your customer support. I suggest you take a look at how many times your customer supports coordinators name has been mentioned in these negative reviews on yelp. The simple fact that it is more than once should give you an idea that there is a problem here. You are free to share those pictures, what you can't see in them, as they are photographs from an iPhone in a stairwell meant to document the damage ASAP not evaluate it's cost to repair, is that those "surface" scratches which are not big in terms of surface area are actually very deep damage to the drywall, they are "gouges". Now $800 may seem expensive to you personally, and many quotes I have gotten in my experience for home repairs or renovations or other items entirely have also seemed expensive to me, it just cost a colleague of mine $25,000 to renovate a bathroom (and it's not top end), one of our cars received minor hail damage last week and I really do personally think it's minor and the repair is $4700! This is from the insurance recommended company... see where I'm going here? Around this town that's how things are, we have to get a quote in this market not from a do-it-yourself estimate or what it would cost in Halifax, which is why we got a quote from a professional. For repairing/patching, sanding and painting the price is reasonable here. The painting company is bonded and insured and reputable and we compared them within the last year (for other work of our own) to several other painting contractors and their cost was 20-30% below the others all the time. Had we gotten your feedback in a reasonable timeframe we would have engaged these other contractors to do quotes for this work and proved this up, however it wasn't until we pushed for resolution that this was even brought up. The quote from the painter had been in your customer service coordinators hands for over 3 weeks at this point an I'm assuming someone in managements as well. Taking responsibility involves actually resolving the issue and doing so in a timely fashion, seeing as you obviously have insurance I don't know why that is the route you didn't take in the first place and your Customer Support Coordinator needs a lesson in Customer Service, arguably a very difficult job as you have to please frustrated angry people but lets face it, yours may just not be cut out for that line of work. One last thing, what other members of your staff did we communicate with? Excluding the sales person, who obviously has nothing to do with this. The only person we were ever able to speak or email with was Valerie, Customer Service Representative, despite requesting multiple times by email and then over the phone to have contact info for a Manager. We never heard from anyone else until you posted your comment on Yelp. read more

OVERPRICED! BAD SERVICE!!! AND TERRIBLE PRODUCTS!!! STAY AWAY! My family and i decided to buy from these guys (HERITAGE LOCATION FEBRUARY 2015) because of the great products they had. The lady who was helping us was constantly having to ask for help and no one seemed to want to help her. She tried her best to answer our questions and eventually we found out she had only been working there for the past two months. Her product knowledge was very poor but we gave her the benefit of the doubt and ended up purchasing a dining table $1600 and a sectional couch $4000. On the day of delivery, the sectional did not fit and had to be sent back. We were charged a 25% restocking fee ($1100 from the couch) even though it wasn't our fault that it didn't fit. Also it was not a special item delivery as stated in the documents but it was sitting in their warehous. We were very frustrated that we constantly had to make calls and being refused to be helped by the rest of the staff members because they were not the ones who sold us these items. The lady who had made the sale was sick for 3-4 weeks and none of the staff were willing to help us out. Finally we had to contact the head manager and she was a snob and ruthless and told us we had signed some papers on the day of purchase and we were advised of this situation if it ever happened and that there is nothing they can do for us. We ended finally getting our refund of the couch minus $1100 after 2 months. I feel that the sales clerk should have accurately measured our place by asking us what our condo dimensions were since we were making such a big purchase and not only that but at least she could have made sure we read what we signed for. This place is bad news, they will only help you if you made a purchase from them which means they got their fat commission otherwise you will be transferred from sales associate to another and NONE will be willing to resolve the issue. ALL OF THE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THEY DO NOT LIKE THEIR JOBS!! waiting 10-12 weeks only to know our couch does not fit and being thrown back and forth by the staff unwilling to help we did not want to wait probably 4 months before we got a new couch therefore we chose not to re-select and chose to return the item and go with a different company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THIS IS YOUR WARNING! I purchased a table from Revolve just a little over a year ago. Brandon from the warehouse indicated the table was actually brand new never used still in box but it was marked down to clearance because the box was "opened" because they intended it to go in the show room and decided not to so we purchased it. Since then, we have maybe only used the table 4x. About 2 weeks ago this table out of no where COLLAPSED ON IT"S OWN! There was a big boom and we were all wondering what that noise was. Glass shattered and splattered EVERYWHERE in my great room. I had a guest over at the time AND i have a small toddler who could have gotten REALLY hurt by this. When I contacted them, Brandon "seemed" to be very apologetic and "seemed" to care but had directed me to Valerie. Valerie clearly doesn't give a crap about anyone or anything and threw a "company policy" in my face indicating that because i purchased this table at clearance that "warranty is not covered" and if i wish that she would recommend somewhere to fix the table but I would incur the cost. What bullshit! THEIR TABLE COLLAPSES OUT OF NO WHERE WITH NO USE, DAMAGE WAS DONE, PEOPE COULD HAVE GOTTEN HURT, and they still end up having a way to turn this around on you and make you feel like you're dumb and not worthy of compensation. From reading the other reviews after this incident, it is clear they don't care about their customers. All their responses to other reviews are to make YOU feel bad about this situation and that they are right and we as customers are wrong. Also, clearly if they make stupid strict policies like this, they clearly know their items are crap so they're trying to save their own ass. Revolve, i used to recommend you to all my friends and family all the time and you can guarantee that you have lost me as a customer as well as my referrals. I will NEVER recommend Revolve to ANYONE. They should really shut down their business. I am so displeased with your items and your customer service. Maybe next time, you should have some common courtesy to make an exception to your "strict policy" when my child almost got hurt from your garbage items. read more

Terrible customer service, they ordered the wrong item, and then almost did it again when I sat there and watched them re-submit the order. Weeks of waiting, and several trips to their store before it got fixed. Unhelpful, don't return phone calls, - if you're not spending money at that very moment, they don't bother with you. read more

I was fairly disappointed with lack of honest communication and wait times with Revolve. Bought a chaise lounge through financing and was told it would arrive in two months. One month in, they told me that I would have to wait another month because the fabric I wanted was out of stock. Couldn't they have told me that when it was ordered? Then I am surprised with a bill for my first payment and I haven't even received the couch! The salesperson said there was nothing he could do about it. The purchase was qualified from the minute ordered it, not received it. After two payments, I finally received my couch and had to pay for delivery even though I had also not been informed of this charge. I was going to refurnish my entire living room but I won't be doing it with Revolve! read more

Purchased a few items from the south store a few month ago because my wife really wanted a specific piece for her show home. Pricey and when our table was damaged, it took months for us to get a replacement top. Customer service is a 3/10. Once they make the sale and pay, you don't hear a word from them. Sam was our salesperson. and Valerie who helped us with the damaged table, seemed irritated and her tone was very rude when we were corresponding with her. She told us that she emailed us for the next steps on what to do after my wife left her a message. Whatever happened to calling back? Not everyone checks their emails daily and customers don't want to feel like we are a nuisance when trying to get something resolved for damaged items that we paid a lot of money for. Is this not your job or did we interrupt your Facebook time? Some people should not be in customer service. Also, no one picks up the phone at the warehouse. Do they have just one person who picks up the phone? Im pretty sure they have more than enough employees to do so. Just overall a completely terrible experience as a customer from start to end. We will be investing in a company that has employees who care, willing to help and are happy people. Sorry Revolve, you need to hire people who are friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra step. The store and sales people seemed good. But when my product arrived broken it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with getting it fixed or replaced. The customer service rep Valerie has been very rude and told me to put my new mattress on floor until the broken bed frame is replaced. Today alone she said I could always drop the claim and just repair it myself. This company has lost any future business from me and anyone that will ask my opinion of them. So disappointed in this company and they need to take a lesson in good customer service. I should not have to wait this long for a broken piece of fibre board. Will take their advice and fix it myself I guess. read more

I have been dealing with Revolve since they first opened nearly 10 years ago if I recall correctly. I have purchased numerous items over the years including sectionals, dining room and bedroom furniture and even outdoor furniture. My daughter has also furnished her place primarily with Revolve products. Great place and great customer service in my experience. A good variety of pricing and quality points. We've tried many other places and always return to Revolve. read more

Horrible company. As if it wasn't bad enough that the product was delivered 3 weeks late, it was also banged up and damaged. Try to complain - they talk over you, make condescending and unprofessional remarks and tell you flat out that unless the manufacturer is willing to step up, you're SOL. Ask to escalate your concern and you're told that there is no one else that you can speak with. Send an email and their excuse for not responding is that they "didn't receive it." Ridiculous company - never do business with them!!!! Luckily my credit card offers purchase protection so I at least have recourse through insurance. read more

We purchased a leather sofa and loveseat and a dining room table from Carissah at Revolve. She was great to deal with and extremely helpful. The pieces all arrived with some minimal damage. I called Carissah immediately to let her know and she was very apologetic and immediately put me in touch with their claims manager, who dealt with the situation promptly. A repair person was sent out within two weeks to repair the leather and a new table base was ordered to replace the scratched one that arrived. Great customer service! read more
