The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. They provide car seats for $15 each trip and it's very convenient to have that as an option for infants and/or children who will be traveling with you. Skyline is definitely not the cheapest transportation option but much cheaper options are less reliable with long wait times. The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). You can call the 1-800 number almost any time you have questions. I say almost any time because I don't think anyone was available to answer at 4am Pacific Standard. Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs.
