Since I have private insurance, the initial pharmacy visit is when all insurance details are entered into their computer system. All visits afterwards is a breeze. The Pharmacist ensures that I understand how to use or consume medication(s). Staff are courteous. There's a definite (Ontario) shortage at this time for off the shelf cold/flu medications.
