At least 6 or 7 others came in after me in the course of 35 minutes or so and were all taken to get their haircut. At this point it was 4:45 when she FINALLY finished cutting the persons hair in her chair. Instead of taking me right after or even coming over to apologize for running late, she took her phone and went off somewhere. That's when I got up and asked the girl at the desk why is it taking so long, she apologized and said it won't be much longer. At that point, I didn't want this stylist to cut my hair any longer. After making me wait at least 30 to 40 minutes and I don't know how much longer it would have been before she decided to finally be ready to cut my hair, I left. Completely unprofessional!! You make an appointment for a reason, I can understand running a bit late, but this was so ridiculous!! Would definitely NOT recommend having your haircut by this stylist Robyn, she couldn't care less about good customer service!!! Seriously wish I could give ZERO stars!!!

Such a shame.... my son said the facility is real nice and close to his high rise. He walked in and not one person acknowledged or said a single word to him. He asked where to check in and they just pointed for him to have a seat. Five minutes later another customer walked in he was acknowledged and greeted and taken back immediately. My son waited for a long time. When the barber finally came to get him, no greeting or acknowledgment from him what so ever. The year is 2026 correct or did we go back in time? A statement on your website says "no BS" well I beg to differ. My son has never felt more uncomfortable or alienated before. It was a crash course for him about what you need to "look like" in order to get service. We are from Texas so southern hospitality is a main staple in our households.
