And it was all very reasonably priced. Lily also had some fresh produce like carrots, tomatoes, avocados, peppers, herbs, and even nopale cactus paddles. It's a small, but tidy store with wide aisles. The majority of the food and ingredients are Indian, and I was excited to find some tandoori spice mix. Close inspection of the cooking directions gave me a chuckle... a simple typo suggests that I must drain the life juice out of someone... truthfully, I have a long list of potential donors. Hee. They also have a nice sized bathroom, which saved my day, and I couldn't have appreciated it more. The fellow behind the counter seemed to be the only employee present. He was friendly and fun. I appreciated that, as well. A fun little detour. Always recommend those.

I only dabble in cooking Middle Eastern food but am familiar with specialty groceries in this area, and this locale had lots and lots of stuff I see nowhere else. I'll leave it to someone who cooks Persian/mediterranean all the time to tell you if it has "everything," but it looks like a great new addition to Cockeysville.
