He didnt show up when he said, which is fine, I guess, but it was a shock to find work done when I would come back. The unfortunate thing was that the work that was done was not what we discussed. I asked for cheap, PNW plants that would thrive with no maintenance. He bought me 4 rose plants and planted them while I was gone and charged me almost $200 for them. Not what we discussed. I had to ask him to come back twice when he cleaned my patio/lawn, shoddy work, pics attached. He did come back but left other work that I did not point out. At the very last interaction, he tried to charge me more than what we agreed and I had the number in black in white. He tells me customers usually don't mind. Well, I mind. I want someone I can trust and to execute the agreements we make. Ricky does not do this and does not appear to value his word.

The crew was hard-working, professional, and extremely thorough. The job was challenging because the trees were located right next to my house, fence, and greenhouse, but they handled it expertly, even using a crane to lift the trees safely over the house. Cleanup was excellent--you wouldn't know major tree work had just taken place. On top of that, one of my neighbors had a large pile of limbs from a previous storm, and the crew chipped it up for him at no charge, which was incredibly generous.
