The next day when I was scheduled to pick up this order, an employee called to say that the sandwich wasn't available and asked if I wanted anything else, so I told her that I planned to make separate orders when I got there and assumed that the total would be refunded. However, I never received the refund for the slider and realized this after I left the location with other orders in which I redeemed rewards. Despite calling multiple times to seek my refund, I never got it back over 2 weeks later. The first time I called, I was told that the manager-on-duty wouldn't honor a receipt because I told her that I'd place other others, but I paid for each of those separately. The second time I called, the manager told me that they can't collect credit card information over the phone and that I must go in-person, but I told her that I can't because I live further away, so she assured me that she'd take care of it since I ordered online, but the 5-7 day grace period already passed. I don't want to keep calling and be given the runaround, so I called corporate in hopes that it'll be resolved. I'm simply seeking my small refund for a menu item that they no longer have and am disappointed because this is one of the very few eateries I can frequent with my dietary restrictions but now am turned off from visiting anymore while I'm in town.
