I showed them the picture of the cat eye with the gold French tip which was they said was chrome ( see last pic). I asked for the same look without the cat eye. They showed me color books to try with no success because they didn't have a base color that matched. At that point the Manager came over and said I had to hurry up because they were running short on time and they couldn't render all the services I asked for. I offered to come back another day for them to finish to give him the money but they didn't like that idea and they said that they could do it. What what was delivered instead of Gold is black looking French tips that look horrible the polish doesn't go all the way to the cuticle on the sides and in some areas the cuticles were not taken care of completely. I did point this out but it wasn't corrected. When I went to pay I said this is unacceptable. The manager and the person who did the manicure insisted that there was nothing that looked like black but what we can see in the pictures is that's not true. The manager was insisting that I pay for the service. I said they can take everything off and we'll call it a day. She said I still have to pay for the service and that would take even more time. I said I'm not gonna do that because now I have to pay for another salon to take this off. So she said fine just leave --there's the door. I messaged them to inform my interest in micro blading. Communion was very easy as to scheduling and signing of waivers regarding the procedure. Today was the day I got it done. Zarah herself did the procedure for me. It took us almost four hours to get the job done. She was very patient and meticulous with the process to make sure that I'll be happy with the outcome. She made me very happy because she did my eyebrows the way I wanted it, not too thick and not too dark for others not to be able to recognize me. I went through the entire process without a need for numbing cream. I felt fine and as a matter of fact, I fell asleep. That's how light Zahra's hands are. In case you won't be able to handle it, a numbing cream is readily available. The salon is very bright and clean. There's a clean restroom at the end of the hall shared with other tenants. There's private parking free for two hours and a flat rate fee of $5 if you exceed the two hours. Aside from Zahra, I also got to meet Yaren and Ayjan. Very nice ladies who made sure my visit was a pleasant. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I instantly felt I'm in good hands. I highly recommend this place. They do offer other services too aside for micro blading. I'm thinking to get my lashes done next time.
