The object was coming right at the windshield of the driver side of my car, hurling towards my face, so in an instant I swerved to the left to avoid the object, I felt better to hit the right side of the car than where I was sitting, the object flew by my right side mirror of my car. The driver of the truck immediately moved from the left lane to the right lane as I went off the main part of the road into the grassy part by the guardrail, maintaining control of my car the rear end slipped hitting the rear quarter panel coming back on to the road. Advoiding the object could have resulted in a major crash or worse a fatality. I caught up to the truck, got next to him his arm out the window blowing my horn to get his attention, instead he just kept driving. I pulled over to the side of the road to look at the damage, the driver of the vehicle behind me stop walked up to me and said, "I saw everything, I thought I was going to get hit but it went under my truck, If you need a witness I can give you my number" July 10, 2026 I called and talked to the manager, he said the truck has GPS and he was going to do an internal investigation and get back to me, I sent him the pictures I had and my phone number. It's been over three weeks Aug 4th, I thought I would have heard something back by now, my insurance company also is trying to contact them and here I am just waiting for a call back. You would think someone would find this important enough to reach out, but no. My insurance company gave me a few options to follow up on so this is one of them, I hope no one else had any problems with this company like I have.

We had a quick turn around to clear his apartment. My 18 year old son and I packed the place, including lots of items (dishes, furniture, cd's, household items) that we wanted to have donated. I confirmed ahead of time that what could be donated would. When the time came, I identified the items for donation, but the workers literally overhand threw the first boxes onto the truck, and we could hear the carefully packed items shatter. When I asked if I could assume that "whatever survived would be donated", the worker responded "wishful thinking". My son and I then separated and kept all additional boxes that were meant for donation. When I called and spoke to the guy in charge, he apologized and offered to send another truck at no cost to deliver the extra items for donation, but I declined, preferring to take care of it ourselves. In an already heartbreaking situation, to see someone's belongings so carelessly discarded was awful. I would have much preferred to be told that no donations would be made. I'm still thinking about it months later.
