They said they were going to fix it, took down VIN number, and information, but after 2 weeks said my truck was to old and they were not responsible for it. I will therefore fill a complaint with the BBB. If that was the case, they shouldn't of said they were going to fix it in the first place. They even taped it up. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The manager doesn't have a clue on how to proceed with this if it happens, just goes by protocol, calls district manager, owner, etc. Gave me the big run around that their mechanic was going to replace it, then throws a big excuse as to why they wouldn't do it 2 weeks later.

First, I want to say that the actual cleaning work was excellent. The engine looked great, and the rest of the interior was cleaned very well. The staff clearly knows how to detail a vehicle. Unfortunately, what happened afterward left me disappointed. When I noticed that none of the seat belts had been cleaned, I asked about them. I was told that seat belts are not considered part of the interior detail and that I should have specifically requested them. I was then quoted $5 per seat belt to clean them. My Toyota Sienna has 8 seat belts, which would have added $40 to a $96.99 interior detail. For me, this wasn't about the $40. Even if the charge had been $1, I still believe seat belts are part of a vehicle's interior. They are touched by every passenger who rides in the vehicle, just like the seats, carpets, dashboard, door panels, and windows. What surprised me even more was being told that I should have asked for the seat belts to be cleaned. As a customer, I don't believe I should have to provide a checklist telling professional detailers what is included in an interior detail. I shouldn't have to say: Please clean under the seats. Please clean the original carpets. Please clean the dashboard. Please clean the windows. Please clean the door panels. Please clean the seat belts. I expect trained professionals either to include those items as part of an interior detail or to clearly explain any exclusions before the work begins. After I expressed my disappointment, the staff offered to clean the seat belts for a lower price...flaaaag...they knew forcing unwanted business on their clents was wrong! I appreciated the gesture, but by then it wasn't about negotiating a discount. It was about the principle and the expectation of what an "interior detail" should reasonably include. My Sienna had extra carpets that should have lead to an extra cost but they were cleaned without any additional pricing. The quality of the detailing itself deserves praise, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of fewer. My hope is simply that the business either includes seat belts in its interior detailing service or clearly informs customers beforehand that they are considered an additional charge.

I got it right as they opened on a Saturday but there were already several people here waiting in line. If you plan on getting the Super Clean level just plan on being here for at least 90 minutes.
