The older gentleman at the kiosk helped me get set up, and he was so sweet and helpful. I didn't catch his name, but he was awesome. While I was vacuuming my car, Richard came over and offered to help remove my old stickers from their car wash and some previous ones, too. He handled it quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. All around, I received great customer service today, and that makes a big difference. Happy to be back!

They said they were going to fix it, took down VIN number, and information, but after 2 weeks said my truck was to old and they were not responsible for it. I will therefore fill a complaint with the BBB. If that was the case, they shouldn't of said they were going to fix it in the first place. They even taped it up. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The manager doesn't have a clue on how to proceed with this if it happens, just goes by protocol, calls district manager, owner, etc. Gave me the big run around that their mechanic was going to replace it, then throws a big excuse as to why they wouldn't do it 2 weeks later.

I recently had my SUV/van detailed at the Diary Ashford branch and paid $154.99 ($58 for the engine…read moreand $96.99 for the interior). First, I want to say that the actual cleaning work was excellent. The engine looked great, and the rest of the interior was cleaned very well. The staff clearly knows how to detail a vehicle. Unfortunately, what happened afterward left me disappointed. When I noticed that none of the seat belts had been cleaned, I asked about them. I was told that seat belts are not considered part of the interior detail and that I should have specifically requested them. I was then quoted $5 per seat belt to clean them. My Toyota Sienna has 8 seat belts, which would have added $40 to a $96.99 interior detail. For me, this wasn't about the $40. Even if the charge had been $1, I still believe seat belts are part of a vehicle's interior. They are touched by every passenger who rides in the vehicle, just like the seats, carpets, dashboard, door panels, and windows. What surprised me even more was being told that I should have asked for the seat belts to be cleaned. As a customer, I don't believe I should have to provide a checklist telling professional detailers what is included in an interior detail. I shouldn't have to say: Please clean under the seats. Please clean the original carpets. Please clean the dashboard. Please clean the windows. Please clean the door panels. Please clean the seat belts. I expect trained professionals either to include those items as part of an interior detail or to clearly explain any exclusions before the work begins. After I expressed my disappointment, the staff offered to clean the seat belts for a lower price...flaaaag...they knew forcing unwanted business on their clents was wrong! I appreciated the gesture, but by then it wasn't about negotiating a discount. It was about the principle and the expectation of what an "interior detail" should reasonably include. My Sienna had extra carpets that should have lead to an extra cost but they were cleaned without any additional pricing. The quality of the detailing itself deserves praise, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of fewer. My hope is simply that the business either includes seat belts in its interior detailing service or clearly informs customers beforehand that they are considered an additional charge.

I got it right as they opened on a Saturday but there were already several people here waiting in line. If you plan on getting the Super Clean level just plan on being here for at least 90 minutes. They have lots of indoor and outdoor seating. So bring a good book or a pair of headphones to listen to something to kill time! Bring a snack too! There isn't really a place to eat in walking distance. I'll be back for sure as they do a good job and it's worth the time and money so long as you get here early enough.

I booked a 10:00 AM appointment and drove approximately 50 minutes from The Woodlands specifically because I had a scheduled appointment. When I arrived, there were roughly 15 vehicles in line. I wasn't concerned about the line because, again, I had an appointment. As soon as I pulled in, an attendant approached my truck and told me they would not have time to get to my vehicle today. I explained that I had a 10:00 appointment and asked how that was possible. What I was told next is exactly why I'm writing this review. The attendant explained to me that the appointments are essentially promotional and are used to get people to come to the location, but that they do not actually operate according to the appointment times. I specifically asked, "So you don't honor the appointment time?" and was told no. I was also told that once they are full, they are full, regardless of whether someone booked an appointment. That is completely unacceptable. If your business allows a customer to select a specific appointment time, the reasonable expectation is that the business intends to honor that appointment--or, at the absolute minimum, contact the customer BEFORE they drive nearly an hour to tell them they cannot be accommodated. You cannot advertise appointments to encourage customers to make the trip and then tell them after they arrive that the appointment system essentially means nothing. What makes this experience even worse is that I was told the goal is to bring customers in with the promotional pricing and then upsell them to higher-priced services. Hearing that directly from an employee made the entire experience feel less like a scheduling mistake and more like a deliberate sales tactic. I wasted nearly two hours of my day driving there and back for an appointment that apparently was never really an appointment to begin with. I had actually mentioned this business to several colleagues before my visit because I thought I had found a good service. After this experience, I will be making sure those same people know exactly what happened before they spend their time or money here. Businesses make mistakes. I understand that. But this wasn't simply about being busy. The problem is allowing customers to book appointment times that, according to the employee I spoke with, the business does not actually honor. Good business isn't complicated: be transparent about your pricing, honor the commitments you make to customers, and respect people's time.
