No matter who takes your information to pass it on, Dave and his manager will never call you back. Windows were purchased through them for my dad's company for the house he was flipping. They originally quoted them a certain price to install the windows that were purchased. Since it's now my house and no longer being worked on by the same contractor, they won't honor that price. My contractor now has been calling constantly too for a call back. Would not use archer if I were redoing the house again. Worst customer service and beyond unprofessional.

He turned my dilapidated mid-century modern Into a work of art. All four roofs were crumbling. He quoted me a very reasonable price, And as we went through the process of replacing the roof, he gave me options about replacing other things that they found. Artem ended up replacing all the roofs, built a roof deck on one of them and constructed the door that led into the house. He also built an apartment in our unfinished garage with a custom staircase, going up to a trap door that he cut into the floor he designed, and then installed a custom-made oak hatch that provides access to the finished space below. He was very good at both executing the job and working with me to create a bigger vision for the house. His team of veteran roofers were efficient, polite, and worked well under Artem's direction. While Artem is a great roofer, he also has a broad range of skills that make him invaluable for other projects. Kitchen, bathroom, outdoor fences, etc. His obsessive attention to every detail put him a cut above the rest.
