I was then asked to come into the office/showroom. I told them I wasn't going to waste my time if the price was too much. I was then given a broad price range and told I'd have a more detailed and exact price the next day after it was completed. I never received that price and that was over a week ago. If they're not very reliable during the estimate and trying to earn your business phase, they most likely won't be during the actual remodel.

All i want is the what i paid for is quality of workmanship work completed as promised and a warranty being upheld. The century 21 cabinets are not working properly and will continue to get worse if not addressed as the job was incomplete. They left and never returned. They sub out the hvac and that became my problem due to three holidays in between our remodel. Days off , terrible weather and lack of finding good workers and availability of them. Unforseen issues that came about during the remodel that i was told was difficult to find good help from the owner and to be patient. As i was. I could question nothing. Then i got told otherwise due to time passed that was out of my control due to communication and knowledge issues with their workers that was not my issue as well that i am paying for now with the incomplete remodel which is not alot to ask. My cabinets need adjustments. Before they fail totally. The cabinet company doesn't respond neither it all goes thru them. There is no airflow since the remodel in the ducts they moved. Which again became an issue that now is my problem as i paid them in full and they never returned. This is heartbreaking and stressful. My ac bill is super high and inaccurate as they fail to return. They fail to follow thru with any warranty. They failed to complete the work and fix what they did that is failing and or improperly incomplete.

He had a quote for me from the owner before even leaving. It was a fair price as well. They were able to get me on the schedule super fast. The whole experience was fast and great. The day of work, they showed up and got right to work. They managed to replace the roof and get the work done and cleaned up in about half a working day. I was also impressed at their speed and efficiency. The photos they shared of the roof (I didn't want to go up and look personally!) showed a very clean finish, and I am sure it will last for years to come. He explained where the leak was coming from and I never felt like he was trying to pull one over or find problems that weren't there. We scheduled the roof repair for three days later but inclement weather pushed us into early the next week. I can't say enough about the guys who came out to do the job - it was a really lousy winter day and they were professional, friendly, and incredibly hard workers. While I can't speak yet to how it's holding up as it was just done, everything has been holding up so far and I feel confident in Sean and the work. Highly recommend.

Ajecks replaced my roof about 2 months ago and it's with mixed feelings that I'm posting this…read morereview. Before going with Ajecks I received 3 quotes, 1 from RJ Miller for 4,500 which included a 10 yr warranty, $50 per sheet of plywood and drip edge. The 2nd was from a guy to lay a new roof on top of the old one and just replace any rot or weak spots for 3,300 and the last was from ajecks for 4,200 and $65 per sheet of plywood. I ended up going with ajecks because at the time the reviews on here were good, although there were only 2 but that was 2 more than most of the other places and Ajecks was willing to start within 48 hrs. The good: We negotiated on a Saturday and Charles L., yes the very same Charles L. that posted the 5 star review for Ajecks on here, I assume to run a little damage control as the more recent reviews are not as favorable, was on site the following Monday morning with his crew hard at work removing the old roof. I was extremely happy to see this as it was still winter and we were expected to get hit with snow later in the week. I called around 3 to ask how things were going and I was pleased to hear everything was done, not that my 1400 SF roof was anything crazy but having it wrapped up all while I was at work was a nice bonus. I returned home to an extremely clean site, all that remained was the temporary dumpster bag but being that they had no time to order a dumpster I understood this and the bag was picked up that Wednesday. The bad: Ajecks never pulled a permit to have the work done. I know this because I called haddon township building code official and she was never contacted. I asked if it could have been due to not wanting to hold up the work and she said most of the roofers she deals with come in after the work is started and get issued permits on the spot. So they just didn't do it. And it's important because most people when buying a home with a new roof want to see that it was installed correctly and inspected so not having that hurts the value of the work, not as far as Ajecks is concerned but as the home owner it matters and it matters for any warranty claim so no permit / inspection = no warranty. I went with ajecks because I was told all the rot would be taken care of, that's why I wanted a complete removal and not a patch and overlay. No shingle company will back up the 50 year warranty if the shingles are installed over old shingles or rotted wood so I was willing to pay the extra cost of plywood to make sure it was all removed. Needless to say I was surprised and not happy to see that there was a fair amount of rotted wood still under my brand new roof. Oh and I could see this because no drip edge was installed, something that was included in RJ Millers quote but apparently not in Ajecks.... How do you not instal a drip edge? It's not a shed roof it's my home. No drip edge if nothing else looks unfinished and pretty much like crap since the end of the wood is exposed. I called and complained and told them I would not pay until the rot was fixed. Charles L. accused me of being a liar basically so I had go up on the roof and take pictures. I don't like to complain, in fact this is the 1st negative review I have left online but 4,400 is a lot of money to spend to not have a job done correctly. Andrew handled it professionally and sent Charles back out to lift up the new shingles and replace the rotted wood, which he did the next day. Unfortunately he only replaced half of the rotted wood. So I called Andrew again and he assured me he would come out and handle it and that this type of thing never happens. I trusted Andrew and did not want to hold up payment over what seemed like a minor issue and like I said he gave me his word that the issue would be fixed. That was the last time I heard Andrew. My neighbor went with RJ Miller, his roof looks great and they installed a drip edge and even put in new gutters at no extra cost. I went with Ajecks and still have rotted wood, I have no drip edge and the best part is my gutters were detected from the house at both edges, held up by 2 screws in the middle of the roof as a result of the 24 inches of snow we were hit with a few weeks prior and Ajecks didn't even bother to just screw them back in, forget replacing them and when I asked I was told that would an additional 500-800, new sky brackets and this and that. I had plenty of brackets and climbed up and reattached them myself. Conclusion: I should have gone with RJ Miller. Ajecks didn't do the worst job I mean the shingles stayed on after some bad wind storms and there are no leaks but it wasn't the best job either. And for pretty much the same price, actually cheaper when you consider everything, I could have done better with my money. Pictures show the rot, the wood that was removed that Charles L said wasn't there when I complained the 1st time and the gutters the way they left them, even after 2 visits and a less than satisfied customer's experience

They set up the 'Angies List' connection. On the first visit, the tech stated that a part was needed to do the job. He comes on 2nd visit, states that the garbage disposal is larger and we needed to get a smaller 1/2 size. No mention of the part he needed to buy which was assessed on the 1st visit. Now we have to return the product to Lowe's. Time wasted here and unfortunate/inconvenient that on the 'first visit', all of these 'potentials' were not reviewed, noticed or assessed prior so that that there would not be the need for a 3rd visit/prolonging the installation. An uncomfortable feeling looms in the air. This is was the experience, my fair observation and review. First time contacting this contractor. This was the service Lowe's initially provided/recommended.
