We have continued to be impressed with the quality of the companies they represent and their own prompt attention to any questions or concerns. Our current agent is Kim Waller. Every year at renewal time Kim has done a careful review of our policies to figure out which company can offer us the best coverage and service at the best price. "Careful Review" does not mean a few minutes in front of a computer screen. This year Kim spent hours and hours on the process. But, when We got our policies transferred here at the beginning of August things have been great. They even reached out to me to let me know my credit card had expired. Jared and his staff had me come into and complete a state transfer meeting to review my coverage and explained why my previous coverage was inadequate compared to my last policy. The best part of that is my homeowners insurance is so cheap compared to FL and RI here in Oregon. I am looking forward to working with them moving forward and have no worries about anything in regards to my insurance. I did ask the staff about recent changes in staff and they did let me know there was a transition period before I moved to Oregon but the man I spoke to, I think his name is John; has been nothing but extraordinary. He took extra time with me and throughly reviewed all aspects of my life to make my wife and I really feel covered. Office location is great right in the downtown area near my work and the Hawthorne bridge. And a bonus was they were able to meet with us on a Sunday. That's unheard of where I come from. Top marks all around and I am not sure why or how these other people can say they have been unprofessional. Best experience in my years with dealing with insurance agents.
