I gave him all the information that he asked, sent in my pre approval documents, drivers license and pics of my trade in. I also kept him posted throughout the day of what time I would be arriving. By the time I got there, I was given to a salesman that spoke Spanish and had no clue what I already sent to Jorge. That's great communication right off the bat. All I kept hearing on he phone was "oh yea we'll work with you and get you in your vehicle by tonight". If they would take the time to listen and communicate with their customer, I bet they would have more sales. In the end, no deal was to be had and I fet like it was time wasted.

If I refuse to have the repairs done they don't guarantee the alignment. So the guy took my truck in and came back about 15 minutes later saying that I need needed both the upper and the lower joints and it would be $800. I refused the additional work and they did my alignment as best they could, anyway so they said. Upon leaving I paid my $69 and got a receipt but what was lacking was the computer print out of what work they actually did. When I asked him for the form that comes with the alignment and shows what and how many adjustments they made they said they couldn't not print it up for me because a printer was out of ink. So how do I really know what work was done? I again ask them and they said well you can go to the alignment machine and take a picture of what we did for your records so that's what I ended up doing. I am somewhat dissatisfied with that aspect of the work being that there is no real verification of what was actually done to my vehicle, for all I know I paid 69.00 bucks and the truck still the same.
