I'd been dealing with some pretty stubborn acne scars for a while. The team at Renew came up with a treatment plan that would give me the best improvement, and I've seen a big difference in my skin. In addition to addressing texture issues, they very naturally rejuvenated my appearance with a touch of Juvéderm fillers (a collection of HA fillers with different textures used to address a number of concerns like facial laxity, improved definition and structure, and just overall rejuvenation.) When I told her none of those times worked for me she ghosted. Cut to 4 days after my lash extensions and my right eye the lashes are basically non existent. I have like 3 lashes left. Yesterday it had been 6 days and they look terrible. I told her I want some of my money back to get them fixed somewhere else. She said she doesn't do refunds and that it's probably how I'm caring for them. She never told me how to care for them. She didn't tell me how to wash them. She didn't tell me how often to brush them. She didn't tell me anything. Save yourself $120 and go somewhere else. She didn't even offer to give just my tip back.
