Despite ordering dom perignon at brunch and having over 600 bill for 2 the staff did not pay any attention to two big asks- burger pink and lots of ketchup. Server asked how it should be cooked and we frequently order "pink" at this place. What arrived was very well done. After so many visits, so little attention to detail was tremendously disappointing. She mumbled something about another burger but it was so late in the meal, so unusual and unprofessional that we did not have time or interest. We did not ask for any comp. RH was a wonderful spot for me and my best friend to catch up after a long travel day. We sipped our mocktails and spoke leisurely underneath the chandeliers without being rushed. We split the mulholland salad and burrata appetizer which was perfect for us. The salad is extra chopped- such small pieces of lettuce- I wish I could do this at home. Took 2 hours to get our food. The waitress was slow. When she dropped off our waters, she should have asked us what we wanted to drink. Instead, she disappeared for 15 minutes. It was one of those situations where I am signing the bill for $300 with dirty plates still on the table in front of me. For our trouble, they sent us home with three chocolate chip cookies. I've been waiting patiently for RH Gallery to open, so I made a dinner reservation as soon as I found out it had opened! I went one weekday evening with a couple friends and, we were in awe of the massive standalone RH building. The first 2 floors consist of the retail furniture store and gallery, and the restaurant & wine bar are on the covered 3rd floor rooftop terrace. The space is absolutely beautiful with the clean, classic design that everyone associates with RH as a brand. The restaurant was bustling and alive with energy from people of all backgrounds and walks of life. We saw people having date night, gathering with family or friends, and celebrating birthdays or special occasions. The staff from the hostesses to the servers were all attentive, friendly, and efficient at managing multiple tables. The wine and food menus are quite sizable, so there is something for everyone to enjoy. I had Pinot Grigio, which was smooth, light and refreshing, and the gem lettuce salad with salmon, which was packed with flavor and texture from the avocado, radishes, and feta. My friends had the RH burger, the arugula salad, sweet potato fries, and truffle fries. The food was presented well and looked sumptuous. Overall we had a wonderful experience at RH Gallery. I cannot wait to come back during the summer, when I imagine the big glass doors can be opened and the space would brighten up even more! So glad RH Gallery has arrived in Cleveland, and it seems off to a great start in its first few weeks of opening! I'll definitely have to explore the retail store at some point as well. read more

Now, dis, here was something different. This is a furniture store with a restaurant on the top floor. It was a unique experience, but I felt terrible for the salespeople on the showroom floor because most of the people I observed were not interested in the furniture but more so in the rooftop restaurant. This place will be an excellent spot for dinner and meeting up with friends when it gets warm. The only thing is that they dont truly have a bar area, well, not one I observed. However, the ambiance is amazing. They have a lovely staircase that brings you to the restaurant's center, where you can look at a fountain and see the outside landing. The outside space has some expensive furniture to sit on (including the price tag) and a few firepits to keep you warm, as it was in the 40's while we were there. It adds a nice touch to those potentially cool nights during the summer. Now, on to the service and the food. My man Steven... he was the ish! He took care of us and made sure we understood what the popular choices were and his favorite. For an establishment that had only been open for a week, I dont know how these became the favorites, but Steven did not disappoint. We started with a Peosciutti & Délicie Board and shrimp cocktail. For lunch, we had the Charred ribeye sandwich and the RH burger. If you all know me, I can't pass up on anything involving Ribeye because it was my mom's and my favorite cut of meat. This is certainly a spot I can see myself visiting again. The food was amazing, the staff was fantastic and the entire atmosphere was just full of good vibes. I was so excited to have brunch with my friend at the new RH rooftop in pinecrest and made reservations for me and a friend for around noon. I do believe you need a reservation to eat here so that is something to know before coming. We got seated right away when we arrived but it took about 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged and served. Servers were looking at us but not taking our order for awhile. We thought that was odd but assumed it was because it was busier (but not packed). Our server was friendly when she finally came by to take our order and food didn't take too long to come out, was very knowledgeable about menu and made recommendations when we inquired about the cocktails. Menu items are pricy as to be expected but overall price wasn't too bad. I will say I did order the GEM salad and wouldn't get it again. I was disappointed with it the flavor wasn't my favorite with the dressing and portions were small, I even paid $9 additional for the chicken and the chicken was not great. I was even worried because it came out with some pieces bright red and bloody and that made me really nervous but didn't say anything. The pictures don't show it with blood because it wasn't until I moved the chicken around and was eating it I noticed it and asked a friend if she thought it looked okay to eat. I didn't eat those pieces... I wouldn't get a salad again but I would come back to try something else. My husband and I picked RH to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary and brought our newborn ! She slept the whole time and we had a lovely dinner here! We both got steaks , cooked perfectly to our requests, the wine was delicious, and I love that they have one of my favorite bottles of bubbly on the menu and the by the glass menu! -Schramsberg ! Yum! The service was great, incredibly friendly server, and I can't wait to return! The restaurant is beautiful inside but restoration hardware is a furniture store. The design of the restaurant was the highlight of our experience. We went there for a friend's birthday celebration and we were disappointed. The caviar blinis appetizers were tiny for the cost and the wine was overpriced. I ordered the roasted chicken and it was raw in the middle and sent it back. The second chicken dinner appeared cooked until I cut into it and there was blood in the thigh, wing and breast. When I showed the waitress she said that is just the cartilage, as if telling me I should consume bloody chicken cartilage. I'm not a chef but I do know bloody chicken is not safe to eat. The manager came over and was apologetic and did offer to get me something else, but I did not want to wait for a new dinner to be cooked since my friends were done eating. I asked her to remove the chicken dinner from the bill. I will say that my friends had the burger and lobster roll and said those were good. A note for those planning to go. They only have wine and beer not a full bar for those who like cocktails. Their shrimp and salmon are farm raised not wild caught. So if you don't care about that those may be good options. They only use claw and knuckle lobster meat for the lobster rolls not tail. This makes me wonder why the lobster roll $32.00. This place is pretentious, overpriced , and is lacking in food quality. read more

We got the House burger (which was delicious though it did not come with sides), truffle fries (!!), and the fusilli pasta! For the drinks we got a class of the Allen Scott Sauvignon blanc which was sweet and light and the Cappelletti spritz which was the perfect summer drink! We had our first meal here, and it was actually better than expected. The charcuterie board and artichoke appetizers were wonderful. The brunch/lunch meals we ordered were great, especially the burger and truffle fries. The only complaint was that both the charred bread and charred broccolini were more on the burnt side than charred. It would've been nice if there were a variety of bread/English muffin options. I was incredibly disappointed by this location. This is mainly because of the service we received from our male server the evening of Sunday May 19 MY BIRTHDAY. The servers attitude was atrocious, he brought a completely wrong side to the table, he did not comp my birthday dessert. We asked him to take a birthday photo and he completely dismissed us and never returned. Would rather drive the 2 hours to the RH in Columbus if I want a good time/service. My boyfriend surprised me and took me here for my graduation since we loved the Columbus one so much. We got seated and waited 20 minutes for water, our server came and apologized but we put all of our food and drinks in immediately. Everything came out pretty fast but we never saw our server again to the point that we had to go to the host to ask them to grab him so we could pay as we had somewhere to be. My graduation was never acknowledged (he put it on the reservation) and for the price of everything we just expected better. I love Restoration Hardware in general, and this particular branch is no different. Beautiful materials are readily available for your purchase, though pricey. Colours are tasteful and distinct but mellow, so if you're looking for avant garde, look elsewhere. Helpful service and accessible location are definite plusses. I will never buy from this company again. I purchased a Christmas tree skirt from them because I wanted a very beautiful, high quality skirt. I couldn't believe when I found the skirt was in sections! Three separate sections that were VERY obviously sewn together. For the price I paid, this should have been one solid piece of fabric! WOW! Yes, the store has beautiful items and quality items. However, customer service is certainly not at the forefront. My first visit was last weekend after browsing the merchandise on line. I needed an oversized drum lamp shade, the sales lady told me they would have to order because they do not carry in the store, they can just show colors that are available by the displays. The saleswoman said my order would come via UPS. I paid for the shade & delivery charge. She said if I don't like it bring the shade back because "We stand by our merchandise". It was shipped and the size was a little small for my lamp base, my husband took the lamp to Restoration Hardware and they would not return my shipping charge, I talked to a manager that said they don't refund shipping charges., First of all as I told him this should be on the receipt which it is not, secondly it should be posted for customers to see, and most importantly I should have been told this up front when I made my purchase. I had to go back and forth with the manager about how I have never experienced this shopping anywhere, how this is fraudulent representation not making a customer aware of a non-refundable charge. As I stated I know the company does not care that I will never shop there again because of the prominent and mostly wealthy clientele, however, it's bad customer service, trust is what keeps a business prosperous, Does Restoration Hardware feel they are so above reproach that they are owed a tip for shipping an item that is not available in store?
