Debbie, the resident paper pusher DOES NOT relay negotiating terms to the seller. We were buyers and knew our sellers. We had to work around to negotiate because all we got back from the "attorney" was NO. NO to everything almost killed the deal multiple times. Until the end when we found out that the sellers had a lien on their house. Debbie lied and legally signed off that there wasn't a lien. The house was not able to close because of the lien and my family is homeless. We found out the day of. No explanation, no apology, no empathy. Unfortunately when there is not an attorney working on your close things get missed. So hire an attorney. Not Debbie the paper pusher. I have other words for her but I will keep them to myself. Avoid this place like the plague. There are so many honest options and if someone is going to charge you $175 they cannot do the job. That's your first clue...a real attorney doesn't charge $175.

I called them on…read moreMarch 28th and asked if I could bring my taxes in and they response was sure, so I made it in that day, but after closing so I left it in their mailbox slot. Close to April 18th I called and asked about my returns and they told me if I brought them in after March 28th they would have to file an extension. If they had explained this to me before, I would have taken my returns elsewhere. Now I have to pay over $3000 in penalties, plus I now also owe the IRS money that I must pay by October 15th which I was not prepared to do, in the amount required. This firm is very unprofessional, and I really not sure if the person name Matt, did all he could on my returns. I plan to seek another opinion.
