I usually only give bad reviews because I feel and see very poor quality work in all different trades. I'm honestly disappointed and have truly no idea how people stay in business. Randy, Brian and his team at Wildside just get it done right. They bring light back to the trades. Im just so pleased with everything they done so far. My Rubicon JT has a lot done so far and much more to do. They got 2 phases done with some minor complications due to item coming in damaged or missing a part in the a set. Phase 1, I was informed of 2 speakers damaged from the set so they put in something temporary so at least I can enjoy the upgrade. Phase 2, I had some adaptor that was supposed to be in the kit and fresh out the box came in short. With in these 2 phases they got so much more done which I would need to write a book about. They are just great people with great personalities. Truly raised with integrity, pride, love and passion for their trade. We need more businesses like theirs. I just had a 3.5" lift put on my 2018 JLU. These guys did an awesome job, I couldn't be more satisfied with how it turned out. The pricing was more than fair. They pass on discounted pricing for all the parts, everything including the TeraFlex lift, wheels, tires, computer chip, etc. was all invoiced to me below retail and I didn't have to haggle with them at all. They make their money on the labor and the rate is very fair. No upselling on parts. Service was amazing. Kevin followed me home and we pulled over a few miles from the shop where he climbed under my Jeep to make some minor adjustments to the steering (so I wouldn't need to come back). Stay away from Wildside Jeep Customs!! They do unscrupulous business and try to use their knowledge to charge you for addition things. They will preform a "full inspection" in which they will find things which they claim are "broken". They use the asymmetry of mechanical knowledge to cheat their customers. Also, Wildside is dishonest with the status of your Jeep. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep on the agreed upon day (we confirmed the night before) it turned out that very little of the work had been completed. Not only was the work incomplete, but the staff didn't even to bother and let me know that my Jeep would not be ready. As I tried to better understand the situation, two of the workers began to accost me saying it was my fault for coming in on the agreed upon time and that I should've waited for them to reach out... Furthermore, they are incentivized to sell you parts which may or may not be a good fit for your vehicle. They recommended a sound system for my car (which I purchased per their recommendation) only to find out it was not the correct system for my car. Anyways, I am writing this so other people can avoid getting ripped off by this unscrupulous business. Stay away from Wildside Jeep Customs!! read more

Kevin is awesome! I echo the review that said, Kevin is an electrical genius!!!! I went to Wildside Jeep customs to have a subwoofer/amp combo installed in my Jeep Wrangler, it was supposed to go under one of the seats, but the way the Jeeps are made now, they have a vent under the front two seats and the back two seats drop down when folded down, but Kevin made it work and the sub is still completely hidden and I have full use of my trunk space! Kevin is all about customer service and ensuring the customer is happy, he listens to your request and fulfills them as well as he is transparent and will let you know if anything needs to be changed from what was discussed. He was very knowledgeable and I was very conveniently able to leave my vehicle with them for the installation while I was out of town. Upon receiving my vehicle I met John the owner who was great. Can't speak highly enough about John and his crew at Wildside.  I went there for 2.5 Teraflex coil lift because I was looking to get rid of the rake and add some after market bumpers.  I wasn't planning on getting bumpers that day but John had some really nice Teraflex bumpers in stock so he added those to the Jeep.  He also ended up putting on some very bright LED lights on both the front and rear bumpers and hooked them up to inside with an A-pillar. John has a really nice and clean shop that looks well run.  Him and his crew are very friendly and professional. The work they do is extremely well done...no cutting corners and taking the time to make sure that everything is done right the first time only time. You can tell that they enjoy working on Jeeps from the attention to details on their modifications. John is always willing to work with you and will be straight forward on any modifications that you want to do. He'll steer you in the right direction so that you'll get the best out of what you're looking for. I plan on doing more work with John in the near future and will keep this post updated. Kevin did an incredible job fixing my Jeep Cherokee. Before finding WildSide Jeep Customs, I tried another 3 places. One of them, no confidence at all. The mechanic didn't have experience with jeep. The other 2 from dealers, I just asked (rip off, so I ran from them). After a long search I found WildSide, 1 hour from where I live, but I didn't mind. I value costumer service more then anything and Kevin gave me the best. He was prompt, and professional. I found an ad for this repair shop on craigslist.com, which seems fitting because I found the motorcycle and moped I needed repaired on craigslist as well. I also found several other ads for repair on the same site. I called them all, but no one picked up and I am one of those weird people that hates leaving messages. I hung up on all four. Only WildSide called me back, and I didn't even leave a message. I have to say that is it so refreshing to meet an owner that is hungry for business. He isn't desperate for business. He had a shop was full of all kinds of motorized things that needed repair when I visited my bike. He is HUNGRY for business, and there is a difference. They really want to work and not sit around while charging you 2 hours labor for something that takes 30 minutes. He didn't charge me storage fees when finding parts for my rare motorcycle took several weeks. He didn't charge me to come pick up my two bikes because I had no way of getting them to him. He also dropped them off and showed me how to ride the Honda scooter and how to start the motorcycle free of charge. He also showed me how to winterize both, free of charge. This is one of those guys that is in it because he likes what he does, and I really appreciate that he spent the extra time showing me how to instead of just dropping them at my doorstep and charging me for doing so. I never rode anything besides a car and a bicycle before I met John, and I told him that I knew absolutely nothing other than the carb needed cleaning on the Honda, only because I recently worked on a go kart. Strangely enough, he forgot to charge me for the carb cleaning at first, so he didn't charge me for it. He could have just added it on the bill as he was on the phone with me going through the costs, but he didn't. I value honesty, and I will definitely call him again as soon as I break something else. I'm about to call him about the go kart, too. I know he can fix them and I think I did something wrong. read more
