Shane and the guy are quick and no-nonsense which I like it so much. They are punctual and after they picked up the items, they even use a broom to clean up the place for us. He was quick to respond within the hour, offered the best quote, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. He was able to come much earlier than quoted, which was great! Shane was even able to include stools and a small wooden desk we were unable to donate to Goodwill the day prior.
